Not all of their skills, I think it's like 4 in total

I have no idea how to trigger it

if you assess the enemy it'll show if they have an ability you can get

I just equipped it and Cloud just learnt it

to get it you have to get hit by it

and then you have a chance to get it

But you can use that ability so long as you have the materia on

Which is like 4 abilities in it

I know one is off of those enemies that if you interrupt while they're dancing, they make a clone

it's off of the clone
