7 remake technically is 16 in a way

Did you guys see the utter shit Nomura spewed about the sequels?

and this feeling of excitement is the thing I like so much about 7R. Maybe I couldn't feel about FF7 vanilla in the same way, because the game was done at this point

Well anyway, it seems like nomura wants to make new games asap

And the gameplay is like the best FF has ever been I mean it could use some tweaking for sure but like the basic idea of action mixed with the ATB system literally can't get better than this

tbh I hope the next big FF title isn't open world. I like linear games like 10 or 7R way more

It's not going to be open world but I can expect it to be a bit more open maybe around FF 12 scale

because otherwise 7R will take ages to end

creating a good open world takes a lot of time

Like there'll be a smallish open world esque area

But most of it will be linear

I mean they did or not make it like FF 15 or whatever
