Kinda. He introduces himself and tells us his plans as president.

you get a cutscene with him and then you solo battle him

a bit more then VIIR but yeah i think it's a setup for more of him and the others in the next one

He says he plans to Rule the World by fear unlike his father

They took an underwhelming boss fight and made up something pretty awesome

He just sorta exists in VII and you kinda forget about him until later on

I know right I always feel like he was a underutilized character

Oh okay ? well I’m glad they made him as hot cool as he is in the remake

at least in VIIR, he's not on for long but you could hope/feel that he's gonna be used more

If we're going to change things in the remake I want him to be a party member eventually
