honestly they give you so many potions that im just like whatever to any damage I take

DS has i frames for dodges

Playing through hard mode, I wish there was some iframes to the dodge roll

Died so many times for not having it

its different than a traditional ARPG where dodge rolls are consistent for iframes it seems with this game

also wasn't there supposed to be a day one patch?

so i would guess the patch would come later in the NA day or on 4/11 (not day 1 i know)

we`ll talk about probs when we all done with the game cause there are lots of things good and bad so far

i will say that the game became much easier when I realized things have weaknesses

though sometimes the weaknesses are like what

like I assessed one enemy and it was like "Oh if you keep attacking this enemy, they'll get staggered!"

and i was like WOW what an great advice

haha it be that way

i do like how enemy assessment is a thing, even if it takes up a materia

seems to becoming a standard to have enemy lookup be an item or skill of sorts

i was so mad though

i did the first assessment quest the guy gives you, before getting the next four

one of them was auto-completed, I just had to turn it in

but I was like eh i'll do it when I get them all done

I end up turning it in by itself, and get a wind materia

right after fighing a mini-boss mob that was weak to wind

Some of his later missions take more time

You should do them tho
