I just don't believe Xbox regarding the studio thing. Like even if Hi-Fi Rush didn't sell well it got a lot of positive feedback and award nominations. You would expect Xbox to allow Hi-Fi Rush to grow on this success

because that's the easiest opportunity for brand growth

It absolutely doesn't make sense from any economic angle

they effectively handed them the perfect opportunity for brand growth and Xbox killed the studio

These companies only care about their bottom line in situational contexts'; i.e.: either immediately, or at just the continent time when they want something written off or done away with for whatever STUPID reason that makes sense to them but not to literally ANYONE in the goddamn consumer base.
