My theory, and it's a depressive grand theory, consoles will hopefully remain, but, they will look to stream games more- not download, but stream the game like Stadia.

I also think Optimization will not get better, in fact, a 2TB hard drive won't be enough for 10 PS6 games.

On top of that, physical disc's will dissappear entirely unless it's a deluxe edition, because this industry hates us, so, if you want a case and disc? Pay an extra 30.

Sure you'll get a nice Hardcase and some art but, standard AAA and indie games will all be digital.

games are getting bigger cause of high assests and game files, also 4k cutscenes when they do it which is even MORE memory

nor print for that matter, no one's budget is crying because they had to print discs

no one. no one compresses their cutscenes
