I mean you can look at stuff like Spy x Family and Attack on Titan for other stuff they have done

spy x famiIy is fine
aot was reaIIy weII drawn and animated most times
seraph of the end was Iike, reaIIy weII-drawn and HD but was just decent on most of the animation front

At least it can't be worse than current One Piece

Like yeah they have good animation now but it's way too much

Pacing is still atrociously ass

They overcorrected so much on the animation side

Went from slinging fists to auras and people flying around everywhere

rareIy see Iike, actuaI choreography from one piece outside of a few fights

To be honest, even as a huge One Piece fan, this has never had good fights

They are decent at best

But what makes the memorable is the story behind them and works so well

But ever since Wano they overcorrected on that part. Now all the fights are really flashy with colors being vomited everywhere and smooth animation frames anytime they can.

I think the onIy reaIIy actuaI cooI fights I can think of are Iuffy against arIong and Iater vs crocodiIe

some reaI nice environmentaI destruction

I do wish they'd tone down the coIours a bit

I wish I enjoyed one piece as much as people did

I really miss Zoro's old hair color

in the mid 2010s it was undersaturated and pIastic
now it's oversaturated and a bit much
