the writing is an absolute disaster

one of the characters knocks out a guard (who wears a plate armor btw) with a single punch while also being locked behind bars

and then there's another scene where the characters jump off a cliff and the game doesn't explain how they survived it

the only explanation you get is "magic uwu"

this is so bad even for dragon quest standards

the comedy is great though

My issue with DQ11's soundtrack other than the originals release with the MIDI only is that there isn't enough variety

This is a long game and you will be hearing the same stuff over and over and over and over again

I am not saying go full FF7 Rebirth with the variety but a little more would have done wonders
