Not gonna lie, I am still a bit confused what you mean by this

Listen idk if this is a hot take? But I think there's only so many ways you can make a real time combo combat game where as I feel there's way more ways to make a sick turn based game.

I can accept 13-1 I have a soft spot for it

but not 13-2

But no one wants to hear that convo

FF13 will get its redemption arc with the remaster

and not Iightning returns cuz it runs Iike ass

There's absolutely so much more you can do with turn based combat

it's kinda crazy how few turn-based games there are (popuIar ones at Ieast) that have interesting dodge or guarding mechanics

I appreciate the vision as long as it isn't ff7-ff9 atb turn-based combat

even the mario and Iuigi games make it more interesting
