I got so done with AC when I heard that they killed off the main antagonist that transcends the entire timeline in a comic

Here it is and no and I don't believe shit like I just said lol.
New Spyro game and Persona 6 are being rumored/'leaked'
Campaign Evolved already got stuff shown accidentally lol
about the stagger system. for years, we already had a way to make sure a boss couldn't be hurt as much and made you work harder to do damage to it: we called it "the def stat" and it could be raised or lowered in many cases. now we have decided to stick a wall in front of the boss that you have to smack until there's an opening to the boss' fleshy underbelly (which is still protected by its def stat) for all of about 5-10 seconds at most before the hole in the wall closes up again, forcing you to repeat the whole process, and all of this while the boss behind the wall is raining hell down on your party
Yes that too
Its uneeded in random encounters mostly, and in bosa fights it feels like the only time you can do meaningful damage
Not only that, but they lock progress behind it- the bosses dont change phases or even end until a minimum amount of staggering happens.
It feels like padding

Famitsu had an interview too on the FIT system
――I see. So, does the character’s behavior change depending on the gear they’re wearing?

Hamaguchi: It’s not just a matter of stats changing; there are also changes in gameplay, such as additional commands becoming available. There are no restrictions on which Materia can be equipped for each piece of gear, so think of it as adding skills and abilities that better suit that gear’s characteristics.

Also, while you can expand your wardrobe by unlocking skill trees, the progression of each outfit is shared across all characters. For example, if you level up the Black Mage outfit on Cloud and then have Tifa wear it, you won’t have to start from scratch—she’ll inherit all the enhancements. This was another point Endo was particularly focused on.

This makes it easier for people to do things like, “I've been letting Tifa play as a Black Mage in the past, but maybe I'll try Ket Si as a Black Mage too.” I hope you enjoy trying out different combinations and mastering them. So the characters share the system ,there isn't unique ones for them
that's how it is, revelation is blueish
