Considering whats going on with Lama Su they are desperate to remain relevant for the Empire, so I wouldn't be surprised if that happens to turn out to be the birth of Galen, considering this would still make him a clone but considering they even need to make a clone as efficient and powerful like the Bad Batch for example they could use the remains of a powerful Jedi with the remaining dna of Jango, kind of how I see it happening anyway.
