Enjoy the relationship, kissing can lead to other things, so its best to wait till their ready.

Just wait it out. The faster you try to go in a relationship the quicker it will end. Unless your the type of person who doesn't like commitment and wants to be with as many people as possible, don't rush.

Maybe she just really doesn't feel ready. As has been said before, you also don't want to take things to quickly. I didn't even kiss a boy until recently, and I've had boyfriends before. You wait until it feels right.
