Stupid person needs help!

Okay, so I tried to change my avatar, and it refreshed my control panel and it wasn't changed. so i tried again and it still didnt work. then i waited a little bit to see if it takes a while, like on youtube, and it still wasnt there. then I removed my old avatar, then uploaded the new one. no go. what gives?

(sorry, Im special like that. -is shot-)

    In your signature thing in your user control panel, add the code and put the properties of the image you want inbetween them.

    To get that, right click something and select copy image location.

    / That is, if your using firefox...

    I have no idea how to get it on internet explorer. e3e; /shot
