none of them cause theyve been dreadful so far

Hook because he's great, but ideally none of them because it would be bad.

hasnt there been tones of films about hook?

disney villains dont really need to have an origin because the whole point of them is that they are "naturally" evil. malificent for exampel only used not being invited to the birthday party as an excuse if it had not been that than she would have come up with something else.Mostly they dont have any higher motivation than greed or gaining Power. Aside from the fact that every attempt at origin storys so far has been to just make characters that are bad for no explicit reason, that than becomes the future disney bad guys role model, looking at you cruella movie.  The only one I kinda wanna see is judge claude frollo there is actually some good way to show how someone becomes this type of relentless fanatic

I'd be down for a Hades film! It'd be interesting to see things from his perspective, but not have him be a redeemable villain, just coldhearted. Not every villain needs a redemption do-over.
