my main wish for this new saga is that all the story arcs dont try to end at the same time or close togehter like xehanort saga. Give some breathing space

I think the prospect of it was EXTREMELY well done with Blank Points. If they'd spread it out between two games or even just throughout KH3, it would have been perfect imo

that was the one thing that rubbed me a little wrong in KH3. Just having no room to fully enjoy this trio being saved or this character coming back etc

I think ReMind made 3 better but, at the same time, ReMind felt a bit like a Fix Fic.

But like I said, I really feel like Nomura couldn't wait to get to whatever the Hell is going on now

Hahahaha, this pretty much. You can just see so much interesting build up if you look in the union x and all its related games

when you look in those games, you just know that hte next saga is gonna be quite interesting and you can understand why Nomura is excited

i think with DDD, he was trying to plot out a plan to make the finale epic and not just against xehanort. then right after that it clicked when he realized he could use the not-so-properly-introduced concepts in DDD to expand into an entire new story

this is very accurate. One of the reasons its hard to tell how far in the future a writer has written a plot out or if he came up with it recently.

Its easy to write a bunch of story outline and a big huge game plot line bible of some sort and not use all of it for a game. I imagine a lot of writers write down tons and tons of ideas and later on, they come back to that idea and build up on it more and change it up a llittle
