Never. FM games do not come out in North America because that normally, the North American version of the game has more details than the game that was released in Japan.

it doesn't but.... you can import it online since PSP's are region free you can but it off amazon or playasia or other great sites

There was a critical mode in the American and Japanese versions as well.

 

Also, those were the same names used for the original game when they showed off the multiplayer, just Bbs didn't have FM on it.

critical mode was only in the american and eu versions of birth by sleep it wasn't in the origional japanese

My bad, thought it was in all three ^_^;

hmm... It seems that No Heart has, in one of those screenshots, Terra's shotlock. That only appears in battles with Terranort. Interesting...
