He definitely needs some attention in terms of fine tuning him but I've been getting a good amount of milage out of him

16 was like this too; every single fight even basic fights are a 5-10 minute drawn out thing cause even level 2 enemies have 1000's of HP- RPGs didn't used to be like that 😭

No they weren't 😭 you used to two shot shit if you were strong enough

the dumb fish boss only took me so long because the fight is annoying for melees, but in terms of boss lenght most fights took me 2-3 minutes

I mean I don't want to burn them down immediately

the fights are probably so long to stretch gameplay vs cutscene balance

Also ima need them to stop that shit in the future

No cutscenes during crazy fights

KH does it better in fights with HP because the multiple HP bars have a psychological effect on us as player in terms of accomplishment

I don't need 3 cutscenes for the Evil Fish.

KH does a lot of things better than a lot of things and one day the world will recognize this.

Kh still has THEE AND IM MEAN THEEEEEEEEE BEST BOSSES EVER in a jrpg, it's epic, music make me feel the thrill of the fight, and I do cool shit 😎

Things KH does better than other things:

Balancing
Interesting mechanics
Combat; easy to pick up, tricky to master
Makes you feel strong
Super bosses
Pete is there
Gameplay experimentation that's actually good

Oh and the most important thing that FF will never touch
