will i started playing my kh1 again out of bordom from the easyness of the other games and i noticed this in some points of the game thell have u do a fight a or something that is hard if your a low level(mostly becous you will be a low level) but if you manege to beat that part youll get a differt cutscene from the one u got if you lost that fight like with the lion fight at the begging of the game

Yeah, it's different, but it's not important to the story overall. I used to experiment with this all the time. When you had to race riku, I won and got to name my ship! lol

Yeah, there are a few things like that, I don't know if you are allowed to loose to the Darkside the first time you fight it, never tried to loose, in fact, I don't even know if I've lost to it before. Also, there is something like that in Kingdom Hearts 2 during Roxas' part of the game. The first time you fight Seifer, if you loose to him, it will give you a different cut scene. In fact, one of the pictures you collect from the Dusk you defeated is somewhat of an 'easter egg' to that part, as it shows Roxas defeated by Seifer.

And if u win or lose vs Setzer each of them have a different cutscense

yeah, I know those cutscenes, also if you kill malificent before going to Olympus coliseum, the cutscene with hades won't show malificent. and if you do Hollow Bastion before wonderland, the cutscene with malificent and the alladin dude will show Snow white instead.

Anyways, it's different cutscene when you first defeat Leon too, even though it makes you lose anyway.

Yes, different cutscenes and all make for unique outcomes in games, and so on and so forth.

Yeah, there's a different cutscene if you defeat Leon. But it isn't really canon to the story like KingdomLaneLover said.

Yea, though it is kinda hard to beat Leon, (or Squall)but I beat him on my first playthrough

That isn't really in the same category, it's not like if you fight him and win you get one cut scene, but if you loose you get another.
