Re:coded, English coverage.

Posted

As many of you know, Kingdom Hearts Re:coded is a remake of a title previously exclusive to Japan, Kingdom Hearts coded. In this sense, Re:coded is a new title, with unexplored secrets and aspects, which we hope to cover here at KH13.com. As the game has been out for a while in Japanese, but is only now released in English, we will mainly focus on aspects that differ between versions.

Accordingly, we have set up a coverage thread on our forum, and here, any new videos, content or information concerning Re:coded will be posted as soon as it appears. In the interest of preventing spoilers, we will keep the majority of content on the coverage page, but here is a summary of what you can find so far:

UPDATE: Our archive of English Re:coded cutscenes is now complete. These can be viewed or downloaded in amazing quality from our video archive.

- An in-progress playthrough of the game, thanks to EmiruTheKnight. This can be seen in a playlist below, and is constantly being updated.

- All 12 cutscenes from the game, in the highest possible quality. Below, all 12 are embedded. Please credit KH13.com if you use these scenes.

when Mickey says "Sora we owe ya" and Sora responds "who says we're keeping score? we're all friends, right?" *everybody gives Sora a strange blank stare*

HAHA no Sora, they are just using you. and your letting them play you like a card. That whole "friendship" thing is just a hoax! XDDDDD

Breaking News! (Well it was yesterday.) To celebrate the release of Re:coded internationally, Square Enix let people buy "exclusive swag" and also very lucky people got a Tetsuya Nomura signed lithograph. Also, you can purchase the game. When will this event occur? Jan. 9 2011, 11am to 3pm. Eastern Standard Time. That's right. It's 4 hours too late as of now.
