is it about data sora or wat?

If you've watched the secret ending of Re:Coded. It is hinted that KH3D will be about Sora and Riku taking the Mark of Mastery Exam. Data Sora has nothing to do with it, he pretty much played his role in Re:Coded. The pictures you saw in KH3D with Sora and Riku in their KH1 looks were just to show the aspects of the 3DS.

We don't know anything about it, but it's assumed that it's about the Mark of Mastery exam. As for Data Sora, he only exists in the Journal, so he won't be appearing anymore, unless they somehow make a Coded 2

Just because 3D takes place after Coded doesn't mean that it's about data again.

KHII took place after CoM, but that doesn't mean KHII was about memories.

 

And as it has already been said, they are in their KHI outfits because it was just showing the capabilities of the game. Or they actually may be like that for the game. We don't know yet.

 

And there won't be anything else about data, at least for a while. The ending of ReCoded hinted that 3D would be about the Mark of Mastery exam, which has nothing to do with data.

Data Sora COULD be important to the plot. We've got nothing deconfirming it.

Nomura's already confirmed the Mark of Mastery will be in 3D, and he wants to leave off saving everyone for KH3.
