Alright, so I am on Ventus' Story right now (I've been progressing slowly since I got this game since I've usually been fooling around) and I cannot win the Ice Cream Shooter game for the life of me. I have the most difficult time getting the notes at the moment you are supposed to (It seems to be very strict about when you have to, and it's really hard to tell when). If I'm having this much trouble clearing the world, how do they expect me to get Excellent on the one song to unlock the Frozen Fortune Command Style to get 100% on the Trinity Reports, it's ridiculous.

Keep at it, that is what I did, and yes at first it is almost impossible. You'll probably see small improvements (over a period of time). You should see what the hard levels look like, it isn't even funny.

Keep playing it and you will make it soon enough! Dont ever give up!

What the others said. I have alot of trouble on it myself that I had to take breaks from the game or I would have destroyed my PSP. I think it took me like three days to get it and what seemed like 100 tries. I never even attempted the other songs/difficulties.

You get a command style? ....Is this only for FM, or for any? Damn, then I need to improve a bit. But yea, it like what the people above me have said, just keep at it, I know I sucked bad on it at first; I wasn't expecting it to be so strict, but over time it's no big deal, and you'll actually have fun with it.

Well, I am very good in rhythm games, so know one thing: keep the rhythm. if you lose the rhythm, try catching it back as soon as you can, but don't panic. and try OVER, AND OVER, AND OVER and try to remember what parts you're having most difficulty at to try to improve. hope I helped.

i adapt to new things so i cant really help you but all i can say is keep trying

Forget rhythm for the most part. Use your eyes to see when the note enters the bubble completely, then click x. I struggled with this too for about an hour because the instructions were unclear. I just got annoyed and decided forget rhythm, I'll just use my eyes to see when the notes enter the bubble.

Well, I figured out what I was doing wrong and now can manage to get them a few times, the problem is, I never get enough points to actually get the necessary rating to finish the world.

So you haven't finished Ventus' story? Because if you don't complete it in Disney Town, you can't progress because you have to clear the world.

Yeah, well right now I'm still stuck on Disney Town, I went and beat Deep Space and Olympus to see if it would unlock Never Land but it didn't.

 

Edit: Well some how, but I don't know how or why, I suddenly ran across a magical stroke of luck and was hitting every single note! Well, I got all except for two, but I managed to pass with the Cool rank which was necessary to pass, and at about 1 am this morning (My time) I finished Ventus' basic story.
