No... the boogeyman is a being that takes human form with dark black skin and rolls around in the mud and never takes a shower. We try to push him back with our firehoses but it's just not working. He keeps shouting for koolaid and fried chicken, as if he doesn't have anything else in his vocabulary. We need to kill him so he can't cause anymore problems, or be negative to our society just by existing within it.
