It begins at 0:36. If you watch closely, you'll see silhouettes of people walking in the same shade is what's on the TV everywhere. Remember that the 3 TVs are the exit to Midnight Channel. This means that these people could be targeted by the killer next and put into the TV next. Then it zooms into the TV and shows Yuu invoke his Persona. Meaning that he'll save the people within.
