How come Vanitas looks like Sora before Sora's heart merges with Ven's?

Or is it that Vanitas was actually faceless during creation, and obtaining his "human face" after Sora's heart merged with Ven's?

Because Ven and Vanitas are 2 halfs of one person. So because Ven looks like Sora its the same with his other half.

Or something like that.

Its kind of like how Namine explained Xion, I guess. Faceless at first, then Sora came along and did something (Xion- memories leaked; Vanitas- Connected heart with Ven) and they gained a face.

I could of swore that Sora shared half of his heart with Ventus when Master Xehanort took him to Destiny Islands after extracting part of his heart. And that was why he looked like Sora. Whatever...I'm wrong as usual.

Yeah, that's probably it. I just thought Vanitas looked like Sora because Nomura was running out of character design ideas.

Vanitas was faceless until the newly born Sora's heart repaired Ven's damaged heart at the beginning of BBS. You can also say that this could somewhat apply to Roxas as well, only thing is that he would have had Sora's face.

The KH universe is so complicated, no wonder I like Touhou so much more /shotttt
