And it shows Sora and RIku like in KH1!!

Why? If they are like KH2...

well, most of the world are old, probably used for, maybe a 'flashback half' of the game and the new worlds are for the mark of mastery

There's always a reason why Sora's in his KH1 clothes for some of the KH game. Like for CoM, Sora is in his KH1 outfit because it takes place after KH1. Data Sora's in his KH1 outfit in Re:Coded because Mickey and co. are using the Journal Jiminy wrote during the events of KH1 as Razorwind keyblade stated. So there's bound to be a reason why Sora's in his KH1 outfit again In KH:DDD. Also, for the record, Sora's not going to be in his KH1 clothes for the whole game. Just for part of the game. It is stated that Sora will have a new outfit at some point of KH:DDD.

Just one thing. Where are people seeing that he will have a NEW outfit? In all the interviews I've read, I've only seen that he's going to have a switch between KHI and KHII clothes, nothing about new clothes.

 

Also, this should most definitely not be in the Birth by Sleep section, rather Dream Drop Distance.

I think in the trailer when they were in their KH1 clothes they were dreaming.And when they wake up they're in there KH2 clothes.That makes sense to me.

Nomura said it's essential to the story, and they WILL change to new clothing. Nomura said so in an interview, which I read, and he even said it was to make sure people didn't think it was a remake.

Something to remember is that since this game is in a dream, Costume changes might occur suddenly and without explanation or comment.

Nomura said that Sora and Riku are in their KH1 outfits in the game for a reason essential to the storyline of the game, which is unknown at the moment. But alas, if you're one of those weird people who don't like their old outfits, their KH2 outfits will be in the game also, and possibly a new set of clothes too.
