idk lately ive been like getting paralized for like a copule of minnutes. I try my best to move or yell or scream and nothing. And then finally i actually am able to move a fingure abit. then im good. It happend 2 times so far. And it happends when im tired. So what is happing to me and what should i do?

my doctor is very far away "cause i moved recently' and apparently my mom is having trobule finding a doctor up here. so i got no doctor and my dad is sick and hes the only one who can drive so for now no doctor for me

I highly doubt it is sleep paralysis because that only happens when one is falling asleep or is awakening. There is nothing we can tell you that will be accurate I assure you. You need to go see a doctor, that is the way it is. If people could solve their illness without paying to go see their doctor, I am pretty sure there would be no doctors anymore. I understand you are having troubles finding a doctor but I suggest you don't ask the forum full of random people to put a label on your illness. I hope you find a doctor.
