So, are you going to get your Nintendo 3DS just for KH3D? Or are you going to get more games than that? For me, i am definitely getting a lot of 3DS games to have me wait for KH3D. I just got my 3DS today and it's fantastic. I am really looking forward to a lot of games. I bet KH3D will have a lot of good 3DS affects.

I'm trying to save up money for it and KH3D. I'm gonna wait until KH3D comes out before I get a 3DS, but I also want the new Zelda game, Skyward Sword.

Dream Drop Distance is the #1 reason I'm getting a 3DS; I was already interested in the N3DS, but once KH:3D was announced, I was sold. x3 So I'm not going to buy a 3DS until they have a release date for KH3D, although there are a couple of other titles that interested me, (Dead or Alive & Resident Evil) I'll just be saving up until we get closer to an official release date. ;D

I'll wait till theres a bundle pack or something

I always buy the Nintendo handhelds, so I'll be getting the 3DS during the holidays at a cheaper price(smoove move). I don't know, it seems my attention span for games(certain games) has taken a deep hit, especially with Pokemon. When I was younger I would play it all day, but when I played Soul Silver, I just beat the Elite 4 and then I never touched the game again. Just 2 weeks ago, while I was playing Pokemon White, I got to the Elite 4, challenged them, and they were too strong. So I then decided to train, and all of a sudden, I haven't touched it since until today, and I got bored and tired quick. I haven't even beaten the game yet, too. Another one is Golden Sun:DD, I beat the game, and I beat all the secret bosses except for the last one because I just stopped playing.

 

Anyway, I guess it's because I played those games just to play it now(Pokemon), but I can replay BBS all day like it was new. Pokemon's not on my list, so all I have is Street Fighter, a new Golden Sun, and KH3D to play.

Im waiting for DDD to come out for it then ill get it and some other games

Heres a couple of games I will probably get when I buy it on Tuesday.

 

1. Kingdom Hearts (Of Course)

 

2. Metal Gear

 

3. Resident Evil

 

4. Lego Pirates of the Caribbean (Just for the hell of it)

 

5. Might get another Lego game Idk.

 

6. Hopefully a Sonic game or a Mario game if they make one.

The 3DS is an amazing handheld in general, I don't even have any games yet and I'm having a blast with it

I'll be waiting for KH3D to come out first, because the price would have gone down at least a little by the time it does. Or the prices of the other games I'm interested in. I'll probably have enough for it by then too.

Like everyone else I'm waiting for KH3D and a package bundle or it comes on sale, there's not much point in getting it now because it is overpriced and is more likely to contain errors. Remember the PS3.

I always like to get handheld game systems cuz we travel alot and you can't bring an xbox or a PlayStation in your car when its full! I will definitely get the 3Ds and KH3D! And other games to! But i am saving for it! To bad i bought this shirt before i went to buy my game or I would have like $500.00 bucks right now (I also bought some Kh games but thats no wast) The shirt was a rip off oh well I can still save up right I would totally sell my Ds Dslite Dsi and gameboy for it! NOT MY PSP!!!! Well my Ds lite is broken but it still works a little its screen just go's red sometimes. I am sad cuz i lost my KH 358/2 days game and I can't find it I think my friend stole it >! Oh well i'm not ecusing but they were the only one at my house the day it went missing... I got to find out but for now i am going to finish my drawings!!!! I tried out a Nintendo 3DS demo unit at Best Buy just yesterday, and I can definitely say that anyone who waits 'til KH3D to come out (whenever that is) to get it, will DEFINITELY be missing out. The 3D effects, the controls, it's all so beautiful! *cries*

 

So yes, I'm getting it before Kingdom Hearts. Just for the sake of the awesome first-party games.

Yes, the 3DS will have backwards capability. So you will be able to play regular DS games on it

The 3DS maps the 8 directions of the D pad to its analog stick, so you get much more natural control (I've already tested it, it's a huge improvement!)

Also, the graphics are blurred slightly to appear smoother.

Above average backwards compatibility.
