Definition:

A battle that is considered the final defense of what is left of a military group, against an overwhelming opposition. Here, the defending force will unleash all of their strength, motivated by a fighting spirit.

 

Usually this results in either the annihilation of the defending force, or in rare cases, the retreat of the attacking force, depending on the circumstances (example: Out of supplies, or have received heavy casualties).

 

Whilst in a last stand, the defending force has an opportunity to surrender, but that could also lead to their deaths. This however is really a moral question on if they should surrender or not, because the defending force really has nowhere else to retreat to should they be defeated. Mostly, the concept of a last stand is to ultimately 'go down fighting'.

 

Story

 

Dark times are coming. Warriors of Darkness have begun an all out war against the Warriors of Light. Caught completely off guard by this attack, the Warriors of Light have been quickly decimated, and the Warriors of Darkness possess almost every world under their control.

 

The last front for the Warriors of Light, happens to be the city of light: Radiant Garden. However, their stance is weak, few are left, and the dark warriors are approaching quickly. All other options exhausted, a small group of light warriors meet and group together to form a Last Stand against the coming darkness that threatens to consume everything.

 

It's victory, or oblivion. How it ends, is up to you.

 

Rules

 

1. This isn't really a rule, but I would like for their to be more villains than heroes, just to make the odds seem more realistic.

2. Every post should have 4-5 REAL sentences. Typing 'yes.' doesn't count as a sentence.

3. No godmodding. Your characters aren't invincible, and they will get hurt eventually. If you're in a fight, don't stab someone in the chest every 5 seconds.

4. Type your favourite video game so I know you read the rules.

5. Language is permitted, but try to keep it minimal.

6. Don't take control of other people's characters, without their permission.

7. Don't kill off anyone's character without their permission.

8. Should you decide that it's time for your character to go, make it as epic as possible.

She wears a black camisole with thin straps, Over it a long sleeve white shirt that it's a little bit big and it's confortable. The shirt's desighn shows her shoulders. Black skirt that has small chains around it,long over the knee black and white striped socks,black and white boots,and black fingerless gloves.

 

-Personality:She has alway a motone face. In other words,in he normal,usual state,she does not show any emotion in her face,and when she does,like happiness,or anger,or sadness,etc.,it is VERY noticable. She is tranquil and calm most of the time. In the battlefield,she fights with no mercy,and showing no emotion. Only showing them when needed to or when she wants to. She has more agilty than streanght,but for her,is a really great advantedge when she is in tricky territory. She always has a book called 'Last Night,Good Night',and reads it whenever she can.

 

-Bio:Rosa is girl from Radient Garden itself. Rosa has seen what the darkness and the warriors have done around,and has seen their power. She escaped death a time or two,and is now in Radient Garden to assure her family that she is safe and for her to make sure they are safe. Everything falling to the feet of the dark warriors,and them beating the light warriors by territory and number,Rose just feels trapped between her fears. But putting all that aside,she decided to participate in this last stand. And follow the usual saying that has been going around. 'Fight to win and die trying.'.

Bio:a gothic-emo trying to make a impact on the world, but always fails to do so...or so he thinks. has no idea what is going on, but makes the best of it...or at least trys to. he knows little of what surrounds him and knows what his purpose in life is; but not sure on how to take a hold of it and take off with it. He was always teased while he was growing up, becuase of his name. there are times where he thinks that he should've been a girl, but he fights them back and say that he's comfortable being a guy...so the thought of changing gender never crossed his mind. he has a duel-personality becuase of it. but always deals with things his way...which always ends up in a fight. he was training under the light, but found it to be too pure for him so ran away and found a dark base.

Personality: totally opposite of what a gothic-emo would be acting like, but shows it more than his true personality. he keeps to himself and very quiet unless he has something to say...which would be either really smart or downright stupid. Rarely shows his humorous side of himself. By the way he dress, people mistakes him as a girl rather than a guy and becuase he has a feminine name and is heavily teased by it.

Personality: He's always quiet. He hardly talks. He always makes sure he shows no mercy to anybody that gets in his way. He makes sure he never loses no matter what even if it means him loseing his life.

Bio: He always like the darkness. He nevered listened to no one. He went to school before the darkness appear. One night, The darkness attacked his small town. He tryed running from the darkness. It then caught up to him. He was then consumed by the darkness. The way he surived was thanks to his master who was a dark keyblader. Rui then took up the offer to join. He then had the darkness corrupt him. He obained his wings and keyblader after that. He now is trying to find his master who disappeared. He won't stop until he finds.

Appearance:

I found this picture that conveys her pretty well, so I'll use it with my description.

She has dark brown hair with subtle honey highlights that is often kept in a messy bun. Her eyes are a camoflauge green, and she has a slender build, but is stronger than she looks. Honor is usually wearing whatever she grabs first out of her closet, even if it doesn't match, and sneakers. She has a faux diamond bracelet that belonged to her mom that instead of wearing, she always keeps in a pocket.

 

Personality: Honor is often very outspoken, and doesn't care much what others think of her. Instead of being careless, though, she's kind to most people. Except, of course, for the ones that get her mad. She has a temper that usually doesn't show itself, but her opinions often reflect it. Honor generates a mostly posative vibe.

 

Bio: Growing up in Twilight Town, Honor's life was amazingly unremarkable. She was always very active, a soccer star since she was a little girl. At ten, though, Honor was in more trouble than she'd been in after playing dress-up with her little brother. Her mother died in a car crash that Honor had been lucky to survive. She escaped with a broken leg and a permanately damaged spinal cord. Though her odds weren't good for ever walking again, by fourteen, Honor was the town's pride again, in sports and everything else. Something wasn't right, though, and she knew it. Being able to wield a Keyblade was never a big deal to her. Honor's father had taught her and her brother Cameron when they were little, but she was always told to keep it a secret. When the Dark Keybladers invaded the town, Honor was horrified to watch as her father helped them burn and destroy. Not sure how she'd done it, Honor awoke in Radiant Garden. It was the day of her fifteenth birthday. After watching her father's betrayal, she promised to be better than him, and live the happy life her family should've had. Only one thing stood in her way: the same Dark Keybladers that had taken her home.

Personality:Sacastic, easily annoyed, bookworm, geek, good with computers

Bio: She was friends with Saix and Axel and fight for them, but she is good in heart and help people all the time. Giving the poor food, (stolen food cuz she's poor too,.)

Keyblade: Fimbulvetr; a Keyblade with a magicite-lined revolver chamber on the body. The gun's barrel runs down the blade, allowing for live fire. The weapon fires magic bullets generated by spinning the magicite chamber, and can hold six shots at a time (I'd get technical, but it's REALLY long). Named for the three-year winter said to preceed the battle of Ragnarokrr in Norse mythology. (I'd have a pic, but I haven't connected my scanner yet...)

 

Appearance: About 5'11 and 125 lbs. She has long, straight black hair and blue eyes with a permanent scowl. She wears a yellow halter top with a zippered skirt and long black boots. She wears black fingerless gloves to cover scars on the palms of her hands. (I'm setting up my scanner soon...)

 

Personality: Jast tends to take offense to situations easily, especially on family matters. She isn't exactly cold, but she doesn't feel the need to connect with others. However, in battle, her actions can be considered borderline cruel. Think kind of like Envy, from Fullmetal Alchemist.

 

Bio: Jast comes from a world called Allodare. She was raised with her twin sister, Alma, in an average home with her family. One day, her sister was spirited away to the castle and declared the next queen to succeed their dying ruler. Jealous, Jast spent her life training herself to overthrow Alma and take the throne for herself. She chose to wield ice magic and a bladed longbow which seperated into twin blades. During this time, she gained the power to summon an Eidolon, Mateus. She later formed a pact with Sec, Alma's royal advisor, obtaining her own Keyblade by force (She threw herself into Alma's heart). After she emerged (mentally, of course), she left Alma in a catatonic state. Alma was rescued by her few still-loyal followers. With this, Sec has ordered Jast to continue with their plans, and collect more hearts...

 

And I don't really play favorites, but I love FF, KH, Metal Gear, and God of War! Vengeance!
