Will you calm down? PSN got hacked and now we have to wait. They're doing their best to fix the security so we can play again. I mean, you can still play videogames on it. It's not like the person hacked it so PS3s would blow up or something.

And it should be up next week.

Go to the Playstation blog and it should be up the 3rd with minium service

HAS THE DARKNESS TAKEN YOU TERRA!? jklol it should be up and running sometime next week :D

Next week? Cool. And what's the technical definition of "minimum service"? I only use the store, so I hope that's up...

i'm guessing you haven't been following the constant updates sony has been fishing out

1) it will be back up on the 3rd

2) all users will get a free month of PS+

3) there will be a mandatory system update and password change upon your return

I hope that system update fixes my PS3, cause I haven't played it in 3 months.

On top of that, each region will be getting various free content. I myself, am just looking forward to playing Portal 2 Co-Op.

same with me.

the free stuff is a complete bonus, PSN is a free service and Sony really didn't have to do this.

sadly, the PS Store is pretty much the only thing that won't be back up on a 3rd. they haven't said when, but they said all services will be back up by the end of may.

but they're keeping it down for a good reason. think about it, the hackers have your username and password, and credit card details are stored on your PSN account. if they got the store back on before people got the mandatory password change, the hackers could spend all the hacked users' money on PSN.

I want at least one free game download to the amount of 10 euro and a month of playstation+.

May 3rd? That will make this outage drag on longer than the longest Xbox Live outage!

Oh the fanboys are going to have so much fun with this. Be ready.

you will get a month of PS+ and free content.

but i hate you alot for that comment.

Sony have done nothing but tried to reassure and be sorry to the community, and it's people like you who that demand a refund for something you've never paid for that makes me hate the gamer community

FREE SH*T?!! wow can't wait! xD
