You shouldn't end your own life, even if you two do end up breaking up. You may feel sad and as you said, feel like you have nothing to live for. But after awhile you'll probably will get over it and find something or someone else to live for.

So if you have thoughts about committing suicide, don't do it, there's probably many other things in your life that can bring you happiness.

Well said! I ttly agree. For example, when I was struggling with both kh 1 & 2, I just left it alone for a while, but NEVER quit. My gaming skills got better and I finally ended up beating both of them (though I think I beat 2 before 1). You WILL find something else to live for.

Don't do it, in many religions suicide is punished in the afterlife, reincarnated to a lower status or whatever you follow. If you don't have a religion would you really give up existence for nothingness?

 

Nothing to live for? You're young. You have A LOT to live for, even if you don't you realize it now. What if you wind up curing cancer or something else great? Would you really deny all of humanity your gift, your legacy, what people will remember you for over a small spike of depression?

What's the point of killing yourself? Family, friends, and your girlfriend will all be so sad. Think about what this would do to them. Killing yourself isn't the way out.

Like everyone is stating, what is the point of killing yourself? There's plenty of more things in life besides family and girlfriends. If it doesn't work out with your girlfriend, then life will move on.

Alright, listen. A lot of people have times where they feel like they have nothing to live for. I felt that way when my parents first split apart 2 years ago. But you having possible future girl problems is HARDLY a reason to kill yourself. You're not doing yourself a favour, you're not doing anyone else a favour, and suicide basically shows that you can't handle the fact that life is hard, and you can't keep everything you want to, and you have to lose things. Deal with it, and continue on.

 

Sorry if I sound harsh, I didn't want to come off that way, but it's the truth.

Life is like the stock market, a series of ups and downs. Just wait for life to get better, it definitely will. Suicide blocks out all possibilities and can be considered rash, there are always things to live for if you search hard enough. However, I'm not that old so my opinion may not count for much and may be optimistic.

Look man Ive talked to you a lot and I know you really love and care for your girlfriend but dont commit suicide. No matter what happens youll be able to make it through it cause your better and stronger than that. If you just kill yourself that would be to easy for you and a low. Youll be okay I know you will and if you need to talk to someone ill always be here man. So stay strong and dont commit suicid cause there is no reason to end your life no matter how big.
