Why is it that people call Mormons out on things that they don't even know about? I've heard some of the craziest things said about us, like that we have horns, or that we follow Satan. None of this is true! Did you know that someone once had to feel all over my head to be sure I didn't have horns?! And then there are people who try to tell us what we believe. I've gone to church since I was a baby, I'm pretty sure I know what I believe!

It's for lulz. Some people find it funny to spread rumors about a group of people or make fun of them.

 

Just don't react in anyway (especially negatively) towards people who don't respect your religion, it will only encourage them to keep it up.

you're thinking of religious extremists. by that i don't mean terrorists, just people convinced that everyone is possessed by satan. they're more common in america than the rest of the world put together (and thats a true fact). ignore them.

i agree. it's ridiculous how much argument goes on within the christian religion. if you think of something like buddhism, all branches get along perfectly.

??? I don't care what you believe. Just don't expect me to buy it. I am Christian. My church hangs out with a Catholic Church along with many other denominations. So if you lived where I do we would get along great. I think people just don't like when they go door to door when they already have a religion. Everyone is cool in my book.

Don't feel bad I've been called a Santanic Worhshipper by my own parents because I'm gothic. Even if it isn't a religion, we still get critised as people because alot of people have a misunderstanding. I'm not one to purposely judge othes but to other people they just get on your nerves when they call you things that you're not such as Santanic Worhsipper and things like that. As long as you know who you are that shouldn't matter.
