Well, since by the time's a TARDIS has landed completely it's solid, so the person would quit possibly be dead--however, since a TARDIS kind of goes in and out with most landings, the person may actually end up inside the TARDIS, such as Sally Sparrow and her friend ended up being outside of the TARDIS. edit; @cricket TARDISes are space and time travel machines created by the Time Lords. 8D

September 20, 200916 yr I think the TARDIS would aim for a place where there's no people. After all, originally it was something that blended into to the surroundings of wherever they were. E.g. a tree. So no one would be in the way. But something happened to the TARDIS and it was stuck looking like a blue police box. But it would still be out of the way of people. Who knows, though. I touched the real TARDIS. :]
