Posted May 21, 201114 yr In Kingdom Hearts B.B.S. a women that was with Kairi talked about the "light still hidden deep within the darkness." Do you think that Sora might have to finally release the "light" so the worlds will be unified like before.
May 21, 201114 yr I'm pretty sure that "releasing the inner light" has nothing to do with Sora saving the worlds. The only common thing Sora mainly has to do is just defeat Xehanort once and for all. And as well as reconnect all the worlds that have been scattered by darkness. Those are the only two things I can see to how Sora will bring peace to the worlds once again.
May 21, 201114 yr The woman is Kairis Grandmother. And what she means by that is that no matter how bad things may seem or no matter now bad a person is, there is always a speck of goodness or hope deep within. has nothing to do with Sora. Sora just had to save the worlds from being consumed from darkness by sealing them with his keyblade. I dought Kairis Grandmother knew that Sora even existed
May 21, 201114 yr I believe you are referring to Kairi's grandmother. The story of the light within the darkness takes a litteral and metaphorical meaning. In its literal and directive sense, she is refering to kingdom hearts being lost after the keyblade war to the realm of darkness. If Sora were to ever return the light, (which I would find only possible with a new legendary keyblade that we haven't heard of yet) that would mean the end of all darkness within the realm of light and with that all conflicts. Everyone would have a pure heart and Sora obviously doesn't have a pure heart so, this seems highly questionable as far as how this would work. The light within the darkness also alludes to kairi within sora, the moon in the dark sky, the mechanic of shadows being cast off jealousy for example.
May 21, 201114 yr kairis grandma meant kairi should alwaays believe in light so darkness may not never defeat her. i dont think sora never frees that light. and what would it change? we can already travel to the worlds with gummi ships and lanes between.

I am seeing your point. Also,I think the wold be made of light, twilight, and darkness.
June 3, 201114 yr Well, it could be the ultimate ending to the whole series that Nomura has mentioned. I don't really know if the worlds will be together again. The worlds are now kept separate so that something like the keyblade wars wouldn't happen again and to keep Kingdom Hearts safer (not that that's really worked...), so I'm not sure that the worlds are ever going to be connected again. Or maybe the only way to stop the heartless is to do this...idk.
