Alex walked up to the front door's of Shibusen and looked up at the towering building. "So this is the DWMA? I hope I can find a good partner here." Alex said with a confident smile. He didn't know why, but Alex had a feeling about this place. "I'm pretty early for now, so there's no rush. I can have a look around and see if I can find myself a partner." Alex walked up to the front doors and teachers were greeting the new students by giving them tags that said 'Weapon' or one's that said 'Meister'. Alex walked up to the teacher at the front door. "Name?" "Alex silver cross." The teacher looked down a piece of paper and fouund his name, she then gave him a tag that said 'Weapon'. "Welcome to the DWMA." "Thanks." Alex said with a smile and then walked through to the main hall were other students were meating each other and pairing up. "Looks like I got some competition." Alex said with a confident smile.

Alexia looked down slightly. Dr.Frakenstein stared. He then looked up and saw Spirit walking over to them. "Spirit."Dr.Frakenstein says. "The situation is under control. But Lord Death wants you to explain Alexia the current problem."Spirit says. Alexia looked up. "Problem?"Alexia says. Dr.Frakenstein fixed his glasses and looked at Alexia. "Listen. Aleixa. That Alex that you saw laying on the bed wasn't the real Alex."Dr.Frakenstein says. "What do you mean...?"Alexia asks a bit worried. "The madness has taken over him. He was only faking trying not to get caught. The Alex we all know is still trapped within the madness. For now I'm afraid he will have to remain in the dungeon and under watch until we find a way to bring him back."Dr.Frakenstein says. Alexia stared with an expression of worry,sadness,two beads of tears at the corner of her eyes. "You will be able to bring him back....right?"Alexia asks. Dr.Frakenstein looked away slightly. "Leave that worry to us,for now,focus on other things,Alexia."Dr.frakenstein says.

Lord Death carried Alex into the dungeon, buckeling his arms and legs with steel chains and handcuffs. "This is for your own good, try and sort your mind out while you're in there." Lord Death then threw Alex into a cell and shut the door, locking it with a key. "You just wait Grim Reaper, I'll get out of here and then I'll go after the Kishin." Lord Death stood outside Alex's cell and listened to him. "And what exactly do you plan on doing to the Kishin when you get to him?" "I'm going to kill him and then take all the Madness of the world into my being. This is the power of the madness that lies within me, you can't stop it! I will achieve power beyond you, Grim Reaper, just you wait."

Alexia stared and looked down. Dr.Frakenstein stared at her. "You need to go home and rest. You can have the day off. Now go home."Dr.Frakenstein somewhat serious and stern. Alexia stared and noded. "Yes sir..."Alexia says. She turned and started to walk away. "Its for your own good Alexia,and safety. Alex is not him anymore. We can't risk anything with him like that."Dr.Frakenstein says turning around as well and walking away. Alexia simply walked out of the academy. There were people who seemed startled because of the fight that had just occured a few moments ago between Lord Death and Alex. Alexia walked around and walked back to the aparment. She closed the door and satted down on the sofa. Out of nowhere Excalibur jumped up and started to dance. "Hello hello hello~ I followed you here~ and now I shall tell you my story-"Excalibur says when he stopped,notecing a few tears falling down from Alexia's face. "I couldn't...do anything to help...I'm useless...to help my own weapon and parthner..."Alexia mutters.

Lord Death had left Alex and a couple of hours had passed. "This is so boring, I really need to cu something up right about now!" Alex then struggled against the chains and handcuffs but his efforts amounted to nothing. "This is some really good stuff to keep me down like this." Alex then struggled some more before freezing after hearing a musical note in his head, his eyes widened and he began screaming out. "Stop that! You can't get out! I won't let you!!!"

 

The real Alex was trapped in his own mind, swallowed in the Kishin's and his own Madness. "I gotta find a way out, I can't believe I fell for it." Alex remembered the ball of light he saw before. "That ball of light, that was only madness. That little demon pulled a fast one on me." Alex felt as if he was trapped under water and whenever he would try to resurface, his reflection would appear in the water and get in the way. Alex felt this process occur over and over until he felt like he would drown in the madness. "I have to get out! Le me out!" Alex then suddenly appeared in the black room wearing his suit. "Huh? What's going on?" Alex then turned and saw a piano. "Should I play again?" Alex then remembered that was what caused him to end up in this position. "No, I can't otherwise I'll end up being over come by the Madness even more than before." Alex then heard a soothing voice in his head. "You won't fall!" Alex looked around sharply. "Who's there?" "Play the piano, you won't fall!" Alex didn't respond again but simply turned to the piano before walking over to it. Alex put his hand on the top of the piano and moved his hand across it. "Play the right song and you will be free!" The voice then vanished, leaving Alex alone with the piano. "The right... song." Alex's eyes then widened a little. "Coul it be?" Alex then sat down in front of the piano and calmed himself before lifting the fall and placing his fingers over the keys. Alex hit a single key and he heard screaming all around him. "Stop that! You can't get out! I won't let you!!!" Alex then looked up. "I'm not listening to you anymore demon, I'm the one in control now." Alex then looked down at the keys of the piano. (When I was still a kid, I made up a song about myself. I wonder... is that really the key? That song...) Alex then began playing the piano. "Even if this doesn't set me free, it'll hold back the Madness."

 

Alex then began to hear the song in his head and his eyes widened. "STOP IT!!! IT'S DRIVNG ME INSANE!!! GET THIS SONG OUT OF MY HEAD!!!!" Alex then heard a voice in his head. (Shut up demon, you're getting exactly what you deserve for stealing my body. I will never forgive you.) Alex's eyes then began to flicker and he collapsed. (The Madness has stopped, but only because I'm playing the piano. If I left this piano, I wouldn't be able to get back to Alexia.) Alex's body remained still, breathing only slightly.

Excalibur stared. He jumped on the sofa and patted Alexia's head. "No need to cry. There's no reaosn to cry. I'm here to cheer you up with my amazing stories!"Excalibur says. Alexia whiped her eyes and then shook her head. "I couldn't help back then. I can't help him now. No matter how much I try."Alexia says. She then looked to the side and saw a notebook. She picked it up and opened it. She took a pencil and started to draw something to let her emotions out. Her eyes were watery and filled with tears as she started to draw with the pencil,pressing it hard enough to make it dark. Excalibur blinked and stared. "What you drawing?"Excalibur asks. After a few minutes Alexia threw the notebook to the floor and hugged her knees. Excalibur walked over to the drawing and picked it up. He stared at the drawing,it was pretty dark. He anime sweatdropped.

Stein was walking around the DWMA and found his way to where Alex was locked up. "So, he wasn't able to over come the Madness of the Black Blood that was within him." Stein then looked inside the cell that Alex was being held. "We really will need Marie to take a look at him, otherwise we'll have wasted the assets of a perfectly good Death Scythe." Stein turned away and was about to leave when he heard the playing of a piano. "What's this?" Stein took another look into the cell and saw a keyboard stuck out of Alex's arm and his other hand was playing the keyboard. "What's happening? I've never heard of something like this happening before. It seems that the Madness is being repelled from Alex's body, but it doesn't look like he's going to wake up either." Stein then began to walk back towards the Death Room. "I had better notify Lord Death that Alex is showing some strange behaviour.

Alexia looked up. Excalibur stared at her. Alexia stood up and walked off. Excalibur stared. "Where are you going?"Excalibur asks. Alexia opened the door. "To train and get stronger."Alexia says as she closed the door. Excalibur simply followed out. He opened the door,closed it,and walked out. He followed. "Won't you hear my story?"Excalibur asks. Alexia quickly got annoyed and turned. She rose her leg back. "Back. OFF!"Alexia yelled as she kicked him hard enough to send him flying. Excalibur yelled as he flied off across the sky. A star shoned as he dissapeared. Probably falling on another side of the city. Alexia lowered her leg and turned. "I couldn't protect him. But not anymore..."Alexia says. She looked up. "They hurt my parthner. I'll make them pay. Those people. Them."Alexia says as she closed her eyes and then looked away. "They'll have hell to pay!"Alexia says as she turned away from the Academy and started to walk. "Where they were last spotted again...Italy?"Alexia asks to herself with a slight smirk.

Stein was in the Death Room with Spirit and Lord Death, explaining what he had seen Alex doing. "This is strange, this has never happened before, has it?" Lord Death as he tilted his head side ways. "Yeah, Soul's reaction to the black blood was much different than Alex's case." Lord Death then tilted his head to the other side. "Hmmm, Spirit, I want you to keep a close eye on Alex, he may be using this try and gain control again. If he does, report back to me immediately." Spirit then nodded. "Got it, I'll be going then." Spirit then began walking away as Stein fixed his glasses into place. "Do you really think that Alex's condition will change?" "Possibly, it all depends on Alex's will to get through this. Right now he is in a dark place and is fighting for control, it must be quite frustrating letting this all get to him like it did." Lord Death said trying to sympathise with Alex. Meanwhile, Spirit had arrived outside Alex's cell and stared as he was still playing the song. "This is interesting, but it looks like it might be a while before anything happens." Spirit then turned and began to walk when he heard a voice. "Spi-... rit..." Spirit rushed back to the cell to see Alex looking up at the him with an agonizing look. "Alex! Your conciouss." Alex then began to shake his head. "Th-...the... Kish-... in..." Spirit stared at Alex. "What about the Kishin? What is it?" Alex began losing conciousness. "Th-... e... mo-... mo-..." Alex's head then hit the ground and with his last breath. "... moo-... n..." Spirit stared at Alex a little shocked. "The Kishin... is on the moon!" Spirit then began to run back to the Death Room.

Excalibur landed in a trashcan. He moved around and eventualy got off and blinked as he looked around. He stood up and brushed the dirt off him. He saw Alexia walk towards the Academy. Excalibur quickly followed her. "Where are you going?!"Excalibur asks. Alexia stopped and looked down. "To Italy. Bad people hurted Alex...I...I just can't let them get away with it. Especially after how useless I was. But before so. I wanna say goodbye to Alex. To make him a promise of it. I won't let his suffering go in vain."Alexia says as she walked up the stairs of the Academy. She eventually reached the top and walked down the hall. Excalibur followed. "Where are you going?"Excalibur asks. "Shhhh."Alexia says. She walked around and eventually reached to a corner. She watched as there was this specific she was targeting on. Out of nowhere Spirit ran out from the door and towards Lord Death's office. Alexia hurried over and got her foot to stop the door from closing. "Excalibur. Hurry."alexia says as her and Excalibur walked inside. They walked down the stairs and eventually reached the bottom. "What place is this?"Excalibur asks. "Shhh."Alexia says. She walked down the hall and reached the very last cell. She stared as Alex was laying there unconceous. "Alex."Alexia says. Excalibur stared. Alexia took a few steps foward. "Alex. I promise that I will make those people pay. Whoever did this to you. Whoever...made you go this far. I won't let them hurt you any longer...I..."Alexia says as she looked down. "I couldn't protect my parthner. But this time,I won't let them get away with this."Alexia says. She looked at Excalibur. "lets go."Alexia says as she turned.

As Alexia was leaving, the sound of a piano began to play from Alex's cell and she stopped walking. "Don't... go..." Alex had regained conciousness, but had the same agonizing look as before. "The music... it helps me... gain... control..." Alexia walked back to Alex's cell only to see him looking up at her with a painfull look in his eyes. "... Cro-... Cro-... Cro-... na... Crona... Is going... to... the... mo-... moon..." Alex felt a pain in his head and held it tightly, stopping his music in the middle. "Stop... Crona... don't... don't..." Alex's head then became still. "... don't... die..."

Alexia stared. Her eyes water. "Alex..."Alexia says. She got her hands to her heart and then made a cross with them. "I promise Alex..."Alexia says. A few tears escaped her eyes. She knelt down and stared at him. She thought for a while. She then got a thought. She looked at the chocker that she had around her neck. She took it off. She then got her hands through the cell and grabbed one of his hand slightly. She tied the chocker gently on his wrists. "Its a promise."Alexia says. She then stood up and turned to Excalibur. "You can stay here or come with me. I don't really care."Alexia says as she turned and walked away. Excalibur looked up at Alex. He then sat down infront of his cell and started to tell stories,thinking he was hearing. Alexia walked up and closed the door. She then looked up and hurried over to Lord Death's office. She arrived soon enough to hear Spirit talk about how the Kishin was on the moon. Alexia stared and made a fist. She took a step foward. "I want to go too and help."Alexia says as she saw the three of them suddenly turn to her.

Stein, Spirit and Lord Death stared at Alexia as she asked to go with them to the moon. "What are you talking about? You're a Meister without a Weapon, you'll be defenceless." Stein fixed his glasses. "Now hold on a moment Spirit, you are underestimating what she could do on her own." Spirit then got a little angry. "No I'm not, we're up against the Kishin Asura and Alexia is only a two star Meister without a Weapon, it'll be too dangerous." Lord Death then looked at Spirit. "Then what do you suppose we do to combat the Asura then Spirit." Spirit then turned to Lord Death. "Well, I believe we should recruit all of the Death Scythe's that are remaining along with their Meisters, this includes Soul Eater and Maka Albarn. Also, Stein and I will go and we will... be taking your son along with us Lord Death." Spirit said only slightly. "I see, then let Black Star go with you as well, he may not have a Death Scythe with him but he has become a powerfull Meister. It's also about time that Kid was to attain his true potential as a Grim Reaper. As you already know, Kid has already been able to connect two out of three of the lines of sanzu, you must make sure that he connects the third if we are to have any chance defeating the Kishin." Stein and Spirit then nodded. "Alright, we'll begin getting everyone together." Stein and Spirit then set out to round everyone up leaving Alexia alone with Lord Death. "Now, I can see that you want to go to the moon because of what happened to Alex and I would have wanted you to go if Alex fine, but his condition is very unstable right now and you would be in constant danger." Lord Death then stared at Alexia with narrowed eyes. "Now, I am going to tell you who did this to Alex. The person who did this is the same person who gave him the large blow to the chest the last time you three met." Alexia's eyes widened as the memory of Alex jumping in the way flashed in her eyes. "The person who did this to Alex was none other than the Demon Sword, Crona."

Alexia stared. "C-Crona..."Alexia says. She then looked down and thought of what Alex had said. "( '... Cro-... Cro-... Cro-... na... Crona... Is going... to... the... mo-... moon...' )"Alexia thinks. She looked up at Lord Death. "Lord Death. Where is Crona's current location?"Alexia asks. Lord Death turned to her. Alexia looked down. "...Alex told me Cona was going to the moon....I want to go as well Lord Death..."Alexia says. "It's to dangerous Alexia. We can't risk of you getting hurt or worse,especially with your weapon,as unstable as he is right now."Lord Death says. "Please Lord Death! I...I need to do this! I can fight! I know I'm not very useful without my weapon. But I don't want to just stay here and be useless,just like when he went to the mission."Alexia says. She shook her head. "I need to do this Lord Death. I wasn't with him when Crona attacked him,I couldn't stop him from trusting to much on the black blood,I couldn't do anything at all. I want to earn my forgivness by atleast defeating Crona. Let me do it!"Alexia says breathed a bit heavily. If Crona was still on earth,or on the moon,Alexia wanted to make Crona pay for what he had done to Alex. Lord Death sighed.

Lord Death looked at Alexia oddly. "You're saying that Alex told you that Crona was going to the moon? I was going to send you on a mission to go after Crona instead of the Kishin, but this changes things." Lord Death began to ponder what he should do. "Hmmmmm, alright, I am going to allow you to go to the moon, but I am telling you now, do not go after Asura because if you do you will most surely die." Lord Death sighed and looked at his mirror. "Will you be fine going without a Weapon? Crona is very strong and I am not surprised why he hasn't been caught yet since he left us for Medusa which we have confirmed to be dead." Lord Death sighed. "Alexia, I am giving you permission to go after the Demon Sword Crona who has traveled to the moon, but do not aproach the battle with Asura unless necessary to chase the Demon Sword, do I make myself clear?"

 

~Meanwhile~

 

Alex was led on the ground and his head began to raise. "What is going on?" Alex held up his arm and looked at the choker which was given to him by Alexia. "What the hell is this?" Alex was still under heavy control of the Madness, but most of his body's movements were restricted. "My arm... I can't feel my arm!" Alex began freaking out as anything below the choker was moving on its own and he could not control it at all. "What's going on?!!!" Alex heard a voice in his head that was laughing. (Ha ha ha, I'm winning Demon! You can't keep control of my body forever.) Alex's eyes widened as his arm began to grab his own throat. (GIVE ME BACK MY BODY!!!) Alex grabbed his wild arm and pinned it down to the ground with a smirk. "You can't have this body, this is the price you paid for using the Black Blood. You wanted the Black Blood and you got it!" An image of the real Alex appeared in his head. (If you're desiring the Black Blood so much... THEN TAKE IT BACK!!!) Alex's body froze and he colapsed once again and a battle for control began inside Alex's head.

Alexia stared and noded. "Yes,thank you Lord Death."Alexia says as she gave a small bow. She then looked back up with determination. "I'll take down Crona."Alexia says making a slight fist. Lord Death noded. "Very well. Now go ahead and catch up with Dr.Frakenstein and Spirit. They should be picking up Soul Eater,Maka and the rest."Lord Death says. Alexia noded and ran off. Lord Death sighed and looked back into his mirror. "I hope she has what it takes."Lord Death says. Alexia ran off as fast as possible. She turned around a tight corner before running out the school and running down the stairs. Soon enough Excalibur was running after her. "Where are you going?!"Excalibur asks. "To the moon to make Crona pay for what he has done! Did you see where Dr.Frakenstein went?!"Aleixa asks. "Er,I saw the drill head and the red head go down that street."Excalibur says. "Thanks!See ya Excalibur!!!"Alexia says as she ran down. Excalibur stopped running and stared. Alexia ran around and looked up to see Dr.Frakenstein infront of a house as he saw Soul Eater and Maka walk down. "Dr.Frakenstein!"Alexia says. Dr.Frakenstein turned to the side to see Alexia ran up to him. "Alexia?What are you doing?"Dr.Frakenstein asks. Alexia stopped infront of him and stood up straight. "I have aquired permission,to come to the moon,in order to defeat Crona."Alexia says panting a bit from the run. Dr.Frakenstein says. "Alone..?But your weapon,Alex-" "I'm sure of the risks of that and I am willing to take em. I can do it."Alexia says. Dr.Frakenstein stared. He fixed his glasses. "Very well. Then I think you should meet the rest of the team. This is Soul Eater,and Maka Albarn."Dr.Frakenstein says. Alexia noded. "Nice to meet ya two for real."Alexia says.

Stein stared at Alexia with permission from Lord Death, allowing her to go to the moon in order to find, and defeat, Crona. "Now that we have all met, we will gather in the Death Room. Soul, Maka, Alexia, head to the Death Room, I will find Kid and Black Star with their Weapon partners." Stein said as he began walking away with his hands in the pockets of his lab coat, Soul and Maka stared at Alexia who was younger than the two. "So, your Alexia Hoshi-No, right? The Meister for the new Death Scythe?" Maka asked with a smile holding her hand. "I'm Maka and this is my Weapon, Soul." Soul stared at Alexia. "Hey, we met at Alex's Death Scythe Ceremony, remember?" Soul said with a shark toothed smile, Alexia seemed a little intimidated and Maka laughed a little. "Don't worry, we don't bite!" Maka said cheerfully.

Alexia stared and smiled. "Yeah. I remember."Alexia says with an anime sweatdrop. She looked at Maka and shook her hand. "nice to meet you,Maka."Alexia says. "Well lets get going."Soul says. Alexia stared and noded. The three started to walk off towards Lord Death's office. Maka stared at Alexia. "I didn't got to see you at the 100th annyversary party."Maka says. Alexia smiled. "Alex and I went,but...left shortly soon. I just didn't really felt very...comfortable."Alexia says as she rubbed her arm a bit. "Haven't you sensed it too?"Alexia asks. She looked at Maka. "Ever since the party I've been feeling the strongest darkness,or madness."Alexia says. She looked up slightly. "Guess I know what is now. This Asura guy and Crona...meh."Alexia says. She looked back. She smiled. "You two seem to make a perfect team. The feeling around ya two,it just seems you two instantly connect."Alexia says,trying to make up a topic as they walked up the stairs of teh Academy.

Soul smirked at Alexia as she mentioned his bond with Maka. "Well I'm a Death Scythe, cool Weapons need cool Meisters." Alexia was surprised that Soul and Maka were so well connected, Maka then smiled at Alexia. "So, what is your Weapon like Alexia? He must be pretty strong to have become a Death Scythe." Maka then looked down a little. "Sorry about his condition, I heard he got infected with the Black Blood from Proffesor Stein." Maka then looked over at Soul. "Soul had the same problem when he first got infected, we used it too much and he was almost swallowed by it." Soul smirked. "Yeah, but there was no way I was going to let something like that take over me." The three were now walking around the corridors of the DWMA and in some way, Soul was reminding Alexia of how Alex would act. Soul then began to speak up. "So Alexia, how well do you resonate with Alex? I guess that you must care a lot about him since he's your partner and all." Soul asked Alexia and waited for a reply as they were nearing the Death Room.

Alexia looked down and noded. "Yes. When we first resonated,it was like an instant click. Well. We just resonated so well."Alexia says. She smiled. "Then we went on missions,defeat kishin,soon enough he was a Death Scythe...time passes so fast."Alexia says. She then felt her neck a bit as she remembered she left him with the chocker. "I'm gonna bring him back,but for now,I'm just gonna have to defeat Crona and atleast do something."Alexia says. They all got to Lord Death's office. They saw Lord Death standing there. He turned to them. "Soul,Maka,good to see ya again,welcome. You two ready for your new challenge?This is something we must take seriiously."Lord Death says. Alexia looked down slightly and looked back up.

Maka and Soul nodded at Lord Death. "We understand Lord Death, we'll do our best." Maka said filled with confidence, Lord Death nodded and looked over at Alexia. "Now Alexia, stick with Soul and Maka until we reach the Moon, then head out after Crona." Maka looked alarmed. "Crona?!" Soul grabbed Maka's shoulder in order to hold her back. "Forget about it Maka, Crona isn't the same anymore, his name is on Lord Death's list, he has to be taken care of." "So what? You can't do that!" Lord Death stared at Maka. "Maka, I can tell this must be hard for you to hear, but it is as Soul says, Crona must be taken care of." Lord Death then turned to Alexia. "We might have to wait a while for the rest of the Death Scythe's to arrive, make sure you're prepared to fight Crona."

Alexia stared at Lord Death. "I'm pretty sured I'm prepared..."Alexia says. She turned slightly to Maka,who seemed to be a bit upset for the fact of Crona needed to be taken down. Alexia looked back upfront. "(I'm strong enough,right?)"Rosalinda thinks. She shook her head slightly and thought for a while. "Actually...I'll be right back,I must go for a quick run back to the aparment..."Rosalinda says as she turned and walked off. Lord Death noded and watched. "We will be here."Lord Death as he talked to Maka and Soul. Alexia hurried over to the aparment and entered. She walked inside her room and looked around her gabinets. She found a belt. She rose her dress a bit and tied it on her leg. She then walked to the kitchen and opened the drawer to see all of the knives. "I hope Alex doesn't mind."Alexia says as she picked up the knifes and got them down on her belt. She lowered her dress back down. She walked off and closed the door. "These should be enough."Alexia says as she walked down and then stopped infront of the garage for a second or two and stared at the door.

 

Lord Death talked with Maka and Soul when he saw Spirit walk in with Dr.Frakenstein,Blackstar,Tsubaki,Death The Kid,Patty and Liz. "Welcome you all."Lord Death says. "We have explained the situation."Dr.frakenstein says. "Yeah,we're ready to kick some Asura @$$!"Blackstar says pretty pumped up. Death the Kid looked up and looked around. "I also heard the miester of the recent Death Scythe Alex was joining us."Death the Kid says. "Yes,she should be back soon."Lord Death says. Just then Alexia walked in calmly. "Sorry if I'm late."Alexia says. "No no."Lord Death says. "Alexia I will need to speak with you later."Dr.Frakenstein says. "Yes Dr.Frakenstein."Alexia says. She looked at the rest. "Hello."Alexia says casually waving a bit.
