To be honest almost all of them are the Final Mix version because the Final Mix version has better graphics and quality.

Pretty sure I know what you mean. All of the pre-rendered cutscenes were extracted from Kingdom Hearts II's English version while the rest of the cutscenes were recorded from Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix's Theatre Mode.

 

The Final Mix versions were recorded because the graphics are better than KH2's English version plus DChiuch was able to use the code to remove subtitles.
