    Reminds me of this guy I read about. Don't remember his name, but in the late 1800's he started his own town in the southern part of Chicago that was suppose to be a self sustaining town free from poverty, blah blah blah. It failed pretty badly. He would kick out anyone who spoke badly about the town and people moved out. Hopefully this place doesn't end up like that. Or sinks xD
