Kun is generally used to speak to boys, male teenagers, or males that someone is very familiar with. It can also be used by a superior speaking to an inferior, like at a workplace

 

San is a pretty common one. It can be used for males or females. Its a bit more formal than kun or chan.

 

Chan is kinda a cutsey one. Its generally used for little kids or teenage girls.

 

Sama is like a more respectful version of san. It is used primarily in addressing or referring to people much higher in rank than oneself

 

Senpai is used to address someone in the same group (school, club, workplace, etc) who is a senior member
