Apparantly Sora is no longer limited to Disney Movies. According to what I just read, Sora will be teaming up with Neku Sakuraba from The World Ends With You!!

It's not that people died, but it proves that there is death. You have to be dead to be in the Reaper's game, and if you're coming from the underworld, you must be dead. So Auron was dead beforehand, and revived by Hades.

Not that I want to be a party pooper, but lets try to keep the TWEWY spoilers to a minimum since a lot of people havent played it yet. And I am sure a lot of people are planning on picking it up now that the connection has been made between the two games. I will say this though. If you havent played TWEWY, then I highly highly recommend playing it.

 

As much as I love Neku, I am more excited with what this means for the series. Sora is finally moving up. Square is slowly shifting him closer to his FF peers. It means that Sora is, or will be by the next game, powerful enough to take on FF monsters and villains. And I dont mean in a joke match where they brush him off like nothing happened *cough*Sephiroth*cough*

In Kingdom Hearts 1 Aeris pointed out to Sora that they were driven from their own world and it fell to darkness. My question since then, has always been what could have been powerful enough to drive out the OP heroes of the Final Fantasy series? Are we looking at Heartless Weapons and Eidolons in future games? What are our chances of faceing the Nobody of the King of Dragons, Bahamut?

I understand that the FF characters were originally only place holders when the game was supposed to be only 1 installment. But now that it has expanded this far, and we are looking at continueing the series even after the Xehanort Saga; These questions will have to be addressed eventually.

I am talking about Midgar, Spira, and the like. Hollow Bastian/Radiant Garden is a hub world. Same as Traverse Town.

No, Radient Garden was their homeworld. Leon even says it in KH1. And in BBS, they were going to have the FF characters as kids in Radient Garden, but changed their minds and just stuck with Zack in OC.

I'm pretty damn excited for this game now, way more excited than I was a while ago!

Your all forgetting one important thing. Neku appears in Traverse Town just like Aerith, Leon, Yuffie, and Cid did the first time. His presence does not mean there will be Square worlds in future titles so don't be too disappointed if we don't see Spira, Midgar, or Ivalice.

tutti frutti. For myself, I thought that Neku was a new character(by this I mean to KH character altogether and not from another game) until I saw the timer on his hand. But I find it cool to see him in the game nonetheless. Hopefully we will actually see him in action fighting the Dream Eaters with Sora.

Neku's Story will not take place in a separate world. Instead he will be a part of the new districts in Traverse Town. I would imagine that Districts 4 and 5 will have several references to Shibuya, probably CAT grafitti. The thing that made TWEWY awesome was not Shibuya, but the fact that they were existing in a parallel Shibuya. So in theory the Reaper Game can be played in any city. In this case Traverse Town.
