About Xehanort's scene, I think it's gonna be from BBS vol2, when Xehanort and the rest of Ansem's staff became heartless/nobody. Look at the black fumes emanating from Even and Ienzo.

How funny woud it be if things flipped around and Riku got to make awesome friends while Sora wandered and had horrible unspeakable things done to his soul.
