We all know there a few of them that either say or are Ansem. There's Ansem the Wise the Real Ansem. Ansem seeker of darkness Xehanort's heartless. Then we got Xemnas who is Xehanort's nobody. Xehanort who stole Ansem's name. Riku who was apart of Ansem for a while in KH1. Riku/Ansem who was using Xehanort's heartless looks for a good part of KH2 and also called himself Ansem a couple of times in the game.

Yeah, I know it gets confusing sometimes. I guess for those who haven't played or are new to the series, at first they would be like "wait, I thought he was Ansem, and him and him, wth is going on!?!", but once you know the characters pretty well it's not so hard to tell the difference

I'm not sure is Master Xehanort ever met Ansem the Wise. So no, he wouldn't count, he never used his name like Apprentice Xehanort
