September 26, 201114 yr im unsure i understand, the language gap may be too big but i will try my best to help. i had an anger problem in high school. i yelled at anyone and everyone i could. there was no real reason for it. i didnt have trouble at home or any psychological issues. but i was kind of an outcast and peoples habits and gestures got to me and i didnt like what i saw. but really i found out in the end that worrying about it all wasnt worth it. youd be surprised how much brushing people off has an effect on them. it really mellowed me out in the long run. worry about you i guess is all im saying, and dont let others use you either. i proceeded to become so mellow that i got walked on. you have to balance it out. its tough business.
September 26, 201114 yr What TerraRedeemed said are all very good things to help calm yourself! Another thing you could do is stop and go to the side, take a deep breath, and count to 10 to yourself. It sound silly, but sometimes it really does help! Find a way also to vent your anger appropriately. Like, I try to hold it until I get home and then I either draw, or even AMV edit my anger away! If you can also find a friend or family member that is willing to let you talk about your problems with them go to them too!! But still, try to brush some things other people do off! It's not worth it sometimes to get into arguments! Sometimes things they do aren't as bad as they seem, and if they're being rude to you karma will eventually get them. c:

September 28, 201114 yr I'm not sure if this is valid or not, but I have cold anger. I just try to usually hold everything in, if I'm still angry within a week, it probably stays until vented at the people responsible. Otherwise, I just let the anger go. When I do get angry though, I gain confidence in my voice and turn really cold, expressing myself totally regardless of how it sounds. I have heard that exercise helps though with clearing your mind. Try doing something fun for you, it usually works with me whenever I get upset.
