{Shelke}

Shelke pulled off her SND helmet and thought over what she had just seen. It appeared as if the other warriors of Cosmos were driving Sephiroth back to the madness that had once claimed him and made him a warrior of Chaos. While this was part of her mission, Shelke couldn't help but feel something was wrong. Events were happening too fast for her to predict were it would lead. She would need to observe Spehiroth personally.

Machina wandered to the Crystal Tower. He stopped for a breather.

"Now how did I get here?" he wondered. All he knew was that he had the power of a l'cie, and was supposed to fight for Chaos.

He stared up to the top of the tower. He moved forward and tried the door, but it didn't open.

"What a strange world," he mused. "But I can't help but think that I'm forgetting something."

"You learned that Jenova, which is what your mother was named, was the source of experimentation on humans," Johnny continued. "You thought that your mother was the same thing that originated the experiments. You started to say that the humans tried to kill your mother and that you were destined to rule the planet." Johnny sighed and looked at Sephiroth, "I still can't believe that you thought your mother was really Jenova. I really thought you were smarter than that."

---------------------

Dusk Lance turned after the man had left, "Hmph. Some fate you wish to accomplish for yourself. I do not wish to stay within the conflict for Chaos. I'll destroy Shinryu with Chaos' power, and then I'll take Shinryu's power and become a god."

{Sephiroth}

Sephiroth bore a blank expression on his face. If this was true...

"Show me." He ordered.

Johnny began to walk towards the mansion, "Right this way." Johnny summoned one of his Keyblades, "I have no idea of what is in there right now. Better to be prepared than dead."

{Sephiroth}

Sephiroth said nothing as he followed Johnny. He had always sought answers to his birth, but now to hear what his mother was...Was he even human? Was any claim on humanity he thought he had lies?

He increased his speed, trying to hurry Johnny along.

{Shelke}

Shelke walked away from the teleport crystal. Sephiroth was moving fast. Others might be at work here. Best to make sure Sephiroth's loyalties go were they should. She stealthily followed after the two SOLDIERs.

Machina looked down at his chest. A l'cie brand shone through his shirt. It glowed blue, just as his eyes began to.

"Fine," he said, "I'll use the power of a l'cie!"

Machina teleported.

He landed in front of the Shinra manor.

"This place," he said to himself, "harbors as much sadness as home. What was my home?"

Machina walked through the front doors.

Gray was following Sephiroth and Johny in shadows and watched right time to separate them and after that tell truth to sephiroth. " This doesnt feel right somehow, like some voice or something would follow me." Gray saw strange picture in shinra manors wall and took look on it and saw something in it: Text. Gray ripped picture off and then started to read it:

Report 7: Cycle is on its end, theres nothing left, everyone from Cosmos has been wiped out and now i think what was purpose even for this: Everything started as i saw dragon calling me before i woke in battlefield. Now dragon is coming back to wipe everything out and start over. Someone who is reading this there is two options: Kill cosmos or chaos and shinryuu will appear and then kill it. Other option is to wipe everything completely out and after that kill shinryuu. Haha i dont know what will even happen after that but, that is battle what ends all battles: - Sephiroth.

Machina stood in the entrance of Shinra Manor. He felt a voice throbbing in his head.

"Kill the warriors of Cosmos, they are near."

Machina's eyes glowed blue as he began walking forward. Something told him that the warriors of Cosmos were in the room just ahead.

Johnny felt the stone wall in the room, "This is actually a door to the basement. If I could just..." As Johnny was saying it, he pressed on a stone and the wall began to move.

Johnny stood to the side and looked at Sephiroth, "After you."

-------------------------

Dusk Lance appeared in the main foyer of the mansion. As Dusk summoned the replicas of Zack and Cloud, he felt a strange presence further inside the mansion, close to Johnny.

"Not possible," Dusk cursed under his breath. "An l'cie...and not one that I've faced before." As he focused on the l'cie, Dusk began to smile again, "So it is on my side. Excellent."

{Sephiroth}

Sephiroth pushed passed Johnny and went through the formally hidden door. He continued down till he found a library. A spark of recognition went through the SOLDIER's brain. This place seemed familiar. Answers to who he was could be found here. He started studying the books.

{Shelke}

Shelke walked in behind Dusk.

"I see you are prepared to move ahead with your plan." She said.

She looked the replicas up and down again. She returned her gaze to Dusk.

"Sephiroth is being led down the same path that drove him insane. Your copies of Zack Fair and Cloud Strife should have the desired effect."

Johnny walked down into the basement with Sephiroth and looked at him. He seemed to be remembering something, but hopefully Johnny could convince him against going mad again.

"Look, whatever you read in those reports may be true," Johnny began to say. "But just remember this: I know exactly who you are and where you came from."

Before Johnny could say anything else, he heard a familiar echo from the stairway.

---------------------

Dusk smiled, "More than you think. Sephiroth believes Johnny, but he'll believe people from his own world more." Dusk allowed the two manikins to begin their path to Sephiroth and activated his memory programming. The two manikins began to speak in the voices of Zack and Cloud.

"This battle begins now, Madman," Dusk muttered under his breath.

{Sephiroth}

Sephiroth threw the file in his hand away in anger.

"Then I suggest you tell me what you know now." He said in a low demanding tone.

He then caught sight of two manikins coming down the stairs.

"Defend yourself." He nearly growled at Johnny as he pushed past him, summoning his sword. "You knowledge does me no good dead."

{Shelke}

Shelked raised an eyebrow.

"If Sephiroth believes Johnny Madman, how do you believe your actions will convince him to return?" She asked. "If given an accurate description of what he is with out his own twist on it, he might remain on the side of Cosmos."

Gray watched how Sephiroth fought with two Manikins. "Those dummies are just killing each other, it could turn intresting if i give this report to Sephiroth." Gray took his sword and continued watch. "Just little more and this will turn just like i want"

Johnny looked down the hallway and saw Zack and Cloud. If you could call them that. They were crystal replicas, and near perfect at that.

Johnny jumped in and fought the Cloud manikin. He turned backwards to his partner, "Ha, never thought we'd be fighting side-by-side again!"

------------------------

Dusk looked at the girl, "Not quite. Johnny has his own version of the story. I have everyone's. Should the manikins fail their purpose, I shall step in and make Sephiroth doubt his new partner."

{Sephiroth}

Sephiroth jumped forward and locked blades with the replica of Zack. The replica looked a little different than Sephiroth remembered Zack looking like. Different and longer hair. A new scar. One of the most interesting things was that he was using Angeal's Buster Sword. Why? Sephiroth remembered enough of the last cycles of the war to know what he was fighting.

"As long as it is against Chaos, we'll be on the same side." He finally said in response to Johnny's statement.

{Shelke}

Shelke nodded, appearing satisfied.

"Your planing seems sufficient." She commented.

Johnny smiled at Sephiroth's comment and kicked the Cloud replica into a wall.

"False SOLDIER!" the manikin shouted at Johnny. "You don't know Sephiroth at all!"

Johnny was thrown off by the comment for a second, then he continued his attack.

----------------

Dusk looked back down the stairs as the Cloud replica spoke. Dusk gave a sinister smile, "The seeds have been sown."

{Sephiroth}

Sephiroth shoved the Zack manikin back. Having the face of Zack would not save it as Sephiroth knew what it was. He opened up with a flurry of attacks that the manikin barely was able to keep off it.

Sephiroth registered what the other manikin said. He looked at it and a cold hatred filled him. He didn't know who the manikin was suppose to be, but who ever it was had Sephiroth's unending hate.

"And you know me?" He mockingly asked.

He briefly turned his gaze to Johnny then back to the Zack replica.

"Johnny, back up." He ordered.

He then slamed his sword into the manikin's guard, sending it flying across the room towards the Cloud replica.

{Shelke}

Shelke listened to the battle. She had doubts about Dusk's confidence in this plan, but like he had said, this was planting a seed. It would take time, but the seed would flower.

"Ah , why are everyone ruining my show? That sephiroth guy is going straight in Dusk and Shelkes trap, well if that's so, i can take that Johny for some use." Gray summoned five Manikins and sent them to guard the room they were now so no-one could interfere. "Now it's my time to get my trumo cards"

Johnny jumped out of the way as the Zack manikin slammed into the Cloud manikin. Johnny then readied a beam of light at the two and fired, turning the manikins into crystal shards.

"So uncivilized," Johnny said. "But...something's wrong." Johnny paused for a second to collect his thoughts, "Manikins don't usually have that kind of speech ability, and I've never heard one talk about the world that they supposedly came from..."

{Sephiroth}

Sephiroth stared daggers at the crystal remains of the manikins a moment longer before turning his gaze to Johnny.

"I know." He said, his voice icy clam again. "Who ever controlled those things want us to hear something. Whether your opponent's statements were all or there was more, doesn't matter. Finding who sent them does."

Johnny took another moment to think, "I only know of two people who can do the job this good on a manikin." He shuddered, "One of them is dead, the other..." Johnny's head snapped up in realization, "Dusk Lance!" His surprise turned to anger, "How can that man never die?"

---------------------

Dusk jumped at the sound of his name. For a brief time, he had sent a bit of his consciousness into the room to watch Johnny, but now his foe realized Dusk's presence. Now was the time to act.

Dusk appeared in the room, "Simple. A false SOLDIER cannot kill a true one." Dusk swiftly turned to Sephiroth, "I thought you knew better than to trust a traitor. This man killed two warriors being summoned. Warriors from your world, Sephiroth." Dusk sighed, "Pitiful. Johnny's been guiding you away from the truth, and he just destroyed two people who could have helped you remember."

Johnny jumped at the accusation, "Quit the crap, Dusk! You were never a SOLDIER!"

Dusk turned back to Johnny, "How would you know? There's holes in my life that you'll never know about." Dusk then turned back to Sephiroth before disappearing, "If you want to know the truth, meet me at the Prima Vista..."

Dusk reappeared beside Shelke, "We must move now. If my words have affected him, we should be ready for his arrival."

{Sephiroth}

Sephiroth shook his hand and dismissed his sword.

"Let me guess." He said to Johnny. "One of Chaos's puppets, trying to entrap me again."

He turned back to the books and continued searching through the files.

{Shelke}

"You go on, Dusk Lance." She told him. "I prefer to stay here and make sure he moves as required."

Dusk turned and began to walk away, "Very well. I have an l'cie to locate."

Dusk teleported to the location of the l'cie's presence. Contrary to what he was expecting, the l'cie was nothing more than a boy. Dusk began to speak, "What business do you have here, l'cie?"

----------------------

Johnny replied, "I'm not sure. He might just be trying to drive you back to madness, but I don't see how he intended to do that." Johnny began to turn for the door, "If it's all right with you, I think I'll go locate Dusk and stop whatever he's planning."

{Sephiroth}

Sephiroth said nothing as he continued flipping through files to answer Johnny for several moments. He finally stopped flipping and let out a sigh.

"That might be difficult." He said. "If you intend to walk out, expect a fight. There are more manikins covering the entrances."
