Story

25 years ago, the Civil War between the Keyblade wielders and the government, known as the WPA, began. 10 years ago, the corruption of the Keyblade wielders was reveiled, and a resistance was born from a defeated WPA and two Keyblade wielding rebels. 5 years ago, the corrupted leaders, Stahl and Sora, were defeated, causing the collapse of the KWU.

5 years later, the reformed WPA is back in power, surviving Keyblade wielders are working with them to repair what they've done, and the resistance members are trying to put everything that has happened over the last 10 years behind them.

But they will soon learn: ideas never die that easily.

Rules

1. This will rely on the events of the first two Civil War RPs. Please don't refrain from signing up because of that, and feel free to ask questions if you're confused.
2. Please try and stick it out until the end. We're tired of ending with only 4 people still posting.
3. Have at least 4-5 WELL WRITTEN sentences per post.
4. Spelling and grammar. Use them.
5. Language is permitted, but at least try and keep it minimal.
6. No taking control of other people's characters without permission.
7. No killing off other people's characters without permission.
8. Keep posts PG, guys.
9. Post the name of the worst movie you've ever seen so I know you read the rules.
10. If you want to kill off your character, make it as epic as humanly possible.
11. No godmodding. Your character isn't invinsible, and they will get hurt.
12. Make sure your posts make sense (exposition isn't all that bad, guys).

Marina walked around Twilight Town. She had sea-salt ice-cream in her hand. She ate it and enjoyed the sweet-saltyness. She looked out at the sunset. "The KWU have gone from heros of teh people to low life terrorists."MArina says. She smirks and eats her ice-cream. She heard and saw as the train passed by the rails. She looked up at the clocktower...many many memories and events had happened here. Some to remember. Many to forget...

 

~Meanwhile~

 

Rose cleaned her keyblade. She growled . "We will show them. The KWU will rise back to it's glory,and I wil avenge my father,they'll see..."Rose says as she stood up and went to the reunion room to plan the next attack.

People were running scared. It was Radiant Garden, and Heartless were attacking left and right, seeking more hearts to obtain for their own. A couple ran down the street from some Shadows, only to find themselves confronted by a Darkside. The giant Heartless raised its arm to deal a deadly blow.

 

Suddenly, a bright flash of light quickly appeared, and the Darkside froze. Slowly, the upper half of its body began to slide off the lower half, and the Heartless vanished. Behind it was a man in blue jeans and a black hooded sweater, holding the Hero's Crest in his outstretched hand. He had his hood on, but his face was still visible through it. He slowly turned to face the couple, his blonde hair and blue eyes visible. He gave a smirk. "The calvalry has arrived."

 

9 other Keyblade wielders came down from the sky, landing on the ground and fighting off the Shadows and Neoshadows everywhere. The 24 year old put his finger up to his ear, activating his comm-link. "Alright, guys. This is a routine mission. Get rid of the Heartless, find wounded, and do what you can to heal them. Got it?" He recieved a response from one of the others. "Understood, Alex."

 

Alex removed his hood and looked at the sky. The last 5 years had seen a lot of change. With a newly reformed WPA in power again, one of their first duties was to make Hollow Bastion habitable again, after the nuke 10 years ago. After being rebuilt, it was renamed Radiant Garden. Alex had also made a group of surviving Keyblade wielders from the KWU, in attempts to reform them and rebuild what was lost when Stahl took the power. Alex was given free reign over this by the WPA, as it was mutually beneficial: any crimes or Heartless that slipped through the cracks could be dealt with, and Alex could make the Keyblade warriors heroes of light again.

 

Alex sighed briefly. It must have been about 2 years since he's seen Marina, Quentin, Jacobs, or Leslie. He was a busy guy now, and while he wished he could spend time with them again, Heartless attacks were increasing and becoming larger in scale, which Alex was concerned might be a sign of some kind.

 

A Neoshadow leapt at Alex from behind, and he quickly turned and dealt a lethal blow with one fast slash. "Profound inner-monologues can wait for now. I've got an action scene to do!" Alex charged with the other members of his group towards the waves of Heartless.

 

(Exposition, exposition...)

"I'm dropping you off here rookie. Supoosovly there's an army of heartless here. Let's see how you can do solo." A recriuter said

"....Why just me...Can't I get help?" Irvine asked

"Shut up and get out!" He said

The man pushed Irvine out of the gummi ship...Later it blasted off.

"...firetruck....Sigh. Ah well.. I GUESS I have to do what I have to do.."

 

Irvine walked around looking for any heartless. But it seemed quiet...a bit too quiet....But the silence was broken thanks to some grunting and slashing.

"?"

He followed the sound but only came across a cliff noticing the huge wave of heartless!

"Woah! I have to fight against THEM!?" He shook in fear

Out of nowhere. an Icy Cube appeared!

"Aww...This is easy. Fira!"

His hand grew a flame and shot against the little heartless...but it wasn't a good idea

9 neoshadows appeared around him!

"Oh screw this!" He grew his armor's wings and flew away. But one of his wings were pierced by 2 aerial knocker.

"HMM! Grr....Alright Fine!"

He landed back to the center of the neoshadow and stared at all of the heartless surrounding him.

either I kill them, Or I lose my heart.

He opened the palm of his hand...a monochrome colored flash appeard forming a blade...a KEYBLADE!

"You asked for it!" Irvine yelled in anger.

 

He charged against the neoshadows

Quentin sighed as the ship landed in the WP acalo, he looked to the pilot.

"Alright, they've requested engineering assistance to repair the flight thrusters which were disabled during a meteor rain, Quentin nodded.

"Ok." he said,t he shuttle landed inside the ship and Quentin was greeted by workers, who quickly lead him to the engine room.

"You guys check the signal and then tell me if the thrusters are working better." he said, the men nodded. Quentin sighed and crouched under one of the machines in the room.

'looks simple, I'll get this fixed in about an hour...' he thought to himself.

-three hours later-

Quentin sighed sitting on the shuttle returning back to twilight town. this was daily life he supposed, go to a ship, fix what's wrong, go home, it was somewhat complicated, but considering his wages he isn't complaining. The ship lowered and landed, he walked out breathing, he looked to the pilot.

"I'll see you tomorrow." he said, the man nodded.

"'kay." the ship then rose and left. Quentin walked out towards an old WPA appartment complex and pulled out his key, then put it into the door he was use to, it made the proper clicking noise and the door opened.

A sitar sound was heard in his mind when he continued his slashing.

"Oh well then. I guess i need to combine my attacks!"

His hand which was weilding his keyblade grew a flame. His black and white keyblade grew into flames....He threw the keyblade as a boomerang attackin the aerial enemies!

"AND THIS. AND THAT AND SOME OF THIS. AND MORE OF THAT!"

After it flew away he would resummon it and throw it again and again until the flame went out....Soon all of the heartless were gone.

"Pant...Pant....I'm done...."

 

His eyes were looking across the 30+ other keybladers still attacking.

"I think they need my help." Irvine said quietly.

And I know I will get promoted in the KWU.

He shook....Irvine ran towards to the approaching army.

Marina went to the Clock Tower and went up the stairs. She ended up in a hallway and she entered a reunion room. She walked around. "Anything new on the KWU?"Marina asks as she started to eat her ice-cream. "Not yet. They have been pretty calm around Twilight Town,Halloween Town and Traverse Town. But there hs been some suspicious activity in Land of the Dragons latetly though."Says the man. Marina ated her ice-cream. "I see,allright. I'll go check it out."Marina says. She took her ice-cream stick nd stared at it. "Aw,no winner stick."Marina says as she threw it into the trash and walked to the top of teh clock tower. She tapped her armour piece and she got covered in her armour. She took out her keyblade and threw it. The keyblade transformed into her runner. Marina jumped on it and she reved it up. A portal appeared and she passed through,the portal dissapeared.

 

~Meanwhile~

 

Rose satted down on the chair. "What's the plan?"Rose asks. "We are planning on attacking Land of the Dragons. We have had many men around there exploring undercover. If we take over Land of the Dragons,and their emperor,we can have this world ours again,and if any goeverment team tries to come and take the world back,we will surprise them with our back-up teams."The man says. Rose smiles. "Perfect. Soon enough,the world will be ours,and we will avenge our deceased,and KWU will return to its glorious power."Rose says smirking.

"ROOKIE!" A voice was heard.

"Huh?" He stopped in his running.

A portal appeard near him and he was dragged into it.....the ship?

"WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING, THAT IS NOT YOUR ASSIGNMENT." His recruiter yelled at his face

"But if it was only killing the heartless I was assigned to, Couldn't I help the other 30 that were fighting that mass army?!" He yelled back but quietly

His recruiter slapped him....hard

"Take off that awesome armor..."

...

He pushed his shoulder and his black armor went away....His red hair was revealed, his blue eyes were also revealed.

"Oh~ he is so sexy~" The pilot said quietly.

"....Anyways. I'm sending you to twilight town. I need you to pick up some stuff." The Recruiter said

"What stuff....."Irvine asked

"Ice cream silly!" The Pilot replied

"...........fine..." Why the hell am i being sent for ice cream....

Irvine was later dropped off near the train station.

"And don't draw attention. You are a regular civilian." He said angrily while being quiet

"Sigh...."

 

Irvine reached outside the tram station.

"Woah! Look at this sight!"

Irvine leaned on the short wall that was looking out to the beautiful twilight sun.

(plus50, the KWU are evil. As in, the ones causing the Heartless, trying to destroy the government.)

 

Alex struck down the last Neoshadow, and dismissed his Keyblade. He and the others stood together as the crowds of civilians just looked at them. When the truth was reveiled about Sora and Stahl 5 years ago, Alex and his crew would be pelt with stones after drawing a Keyblade. However, Alex's efforts have been yeilding results lately, as the population now didn't really know what to think of them. Alex looked at the crowd and simply smiled and nodded. The group then turned and began to walk away.

 

One of Alex's teammates slowly walked up to him. "Listen, are you sure we shouldn't be charging these people or anything? I know what your intentions are, but we're putting our lives at risk simply to recieve glares from the populace. 'Doing the right thing' doesn't give us meals every night."

 

Alex patted him on the shoulder. "If we charged them, nothing would ever change, and we'd still be having rocks thrown at us. We keep showing them that we mean well, and they'll accept Keyblade wielders into society. We try and take things from them for their protection, and we become no different from those terrorists running around." The man sighed, and Alex walked ahead of him. "Don't worry, Drake. Things'll work out. Trust me."

i woke up to the sound of the alarm clock, i heard the pitter-patter of alessa coming into our room. "Mommy mommy!" alessa jumped onto our bed, quentin was still dozing off from last night. 'he's so cute when he's like that.' i was wearing one of quentins shirts and i picked her up. "what do you want for breakfast kiddo?" i said as i closed the bedroom door behind me. "i want pancakes!" alessa said, i kissed her on the top of her head. "alright pancaked it is!" i said. "yay!!!" alessa said i put her down and she bolted into the kitchen. "pancakes! pancakes! pancakes!" alessa sang and did a little dance once she sat in her high chair, i then took out the pancake mix.

 

-meanwhile in real life-

 

the general drank his coffee, and went over the numbers, balthazar came in and brought little croissants on a silver plate. the general took one and drank it with his black coffee. "a new shipments of recruits came in today, the numbers are increasing steadily, master." balthazar lisped as he handed the general a pamphlet. the general nodded as he watched the tv, seeing the new recruitments train by a drill sergeant. "balthazar, give me the name of that one, the one thats lagging behind there." the general pointed. balthazar took out his tablet pc and looked it up. "thats private irvine. he enlisted awhile ago." balthazar said, the general then swerved his chair to a file cabinet behind him. "also give me an update on them." the general threw the file onto the deck, balthazar took it and let his study.

Marina ended up in Land of Departure. She got there and landed down to meet up with some men to explore teh area. She landed and dismissed her runner and armour. She saw them salute and she saluted back slightly. "Allright,now let's get serious. The KWU,as we all know,have lost the last screw in their minds and have gone bonkers trying to go back into power. This world is pretty extense and according to data we have had some suspicious activity,including the appearence of Heartless. So that means there has to be some KWU around here somewhere. Let's get going."Marina says as she started to walk away,the soldiers following closely.

 

~Meanwhile~

 

Rose smirked as she sneaked around the underground. She then opened a sewer to take a look around. She saw that she was around Traverse Town. It was a main place for goverment activities and such. She and the rest of the team sneaked out of the sewer and looked around. "There is the main bases for soldiers and their weapons around here. We're gonna destroy all of them with these."Rose says as she took out some specialized bombs they had made. Rose smirked. "Let's get to work boys."Rose says. They noded and spreaded around.

(Me knows. It's the heartless they assigned to him )

 

"I wonder what flavors they want..."

He reached the shopping district, later to the sweets shop.

"Oh hello!" An old women said.

"Um..What's the most popular flavor of ice cream you have...."He asked

"Oh. That would be...Sea salt ice cream! You're new here. So i'll give you a free sample!" She handed Irvine a small spoon full of the blue ice cream

Irvine tasted it...

"...It's....salty....ew....no wait....Sweet........What?"

"Of course it's salty sweet. So would you buy some?" The woman asked

"Oh...I'll buy a tub of the ice cream." Irvine said after finishing the spoon.

"That would be 1200 munny" (i view munny like this. 100 munny= $1.00 USD)

"Hmm..Here you go" Irvine took out these prism shaped spheres and gave it to the woman.

 

After some eating He went back to the tram station and found his recruiter

"So what flavor did you get?" He asked

"This." He shows the sea salt ice cream to him.

"....."

....

He slapped Irvine...Hard...

"IDIOT. You should know the KWU has a severe hatred for that hideous blue ice cream!"

"..." Irvine grew silent and took the yelling...

"now go get the right flavor dumbass." His recruiter went back to the ship and flew away hiding.

".....SCREW YOU!" Irvine yelled.

He threw the bucket on the floor angry.

The babysitter went to the door,

"Oh, Mr. Victor, your girl's doing well." she said, Quentin walked in.

"Alright, he then looked to her.

"alright, I worked 7 hours watching Alessa... that should be 70 dollars." she said, Quentin stared at her like she was talking BS.

"Oh... Right... you were only gone for six hours... 60$ I meant." she said, he slowly nodded and pulled out his wallet.

"Emily visited Alessa, those two are inseperable." she said, Quentin smiled. Emily was a close friend of Cairo's he met four years ago, he didn't plan to go back into dating, but Cairo nudged him into it. Jenna the baby sitter stared at his right arm, seeing 2 thin strips of metal forming and elbow, Quentin whould of wore long sleaves more often. he handed her the money.

"thank you sir." she siad about to head out, he turned.

"how's your mother?" he asked. Jenna stood.

"Mom's doing alright, she's getting her surgery this friday." she said, Quentin smiled.

"alright, tell her I wish her luck." he said, Jenna nodded and walked out. he heard footsteps and saw Alessa in green toddler clothing look at him.

"Daddy!" she exclaimed excited, Quentin picked her up smiling.

-meanwhile-

Adrian Jacobs sat at his desk sipping coffee, he had a nearby picture of him, Alex and Marina at Destiny islands, it was a year after Stahl and Sora were killed, Quentin couldn't make it because of college.

'those were the times...' he thought to himself. he he got a message.

"Hm... innitiate the standard safety route for twilight town, I want a standard check on the buildings designated." he said. When the WPA started back up, he was chosen as Twilight Town's administrator, judging for how long he'd spent there in hiding, it allowed him to keep in touch with his old soldiers who mostly lived in twilight town, now a place for veterans to prosper.

"Give me the results tonight."

Alex was resting in a hotel in Radiant Garden. When they'd go to another world to fight off darkness, they would stay there until they had to go elsewhere. As he lay on his bed, Alex's comm-link went off. Alex momentarily stretched, and activated it. "Talk to me."

 

"Alex? It's Drake."

 

Alex sat upright. "Hey, man. What's up."

 

"Got a possible lead for the group."

 

"Well, let's hear it."

 

"There's been reports of large amounts of Heartless appearing at The World That Never Was. I thought it would be worth checking out."

 

Alex raised his eyebrow. "There's always Heartless at TWTNW."

 

"Yeah, but not this many. I think that it's possible that whatever's behind the increasing amount of Heartless is there. If you think it's a good enough lead."

 

Alex stood up, smirking. "Of course it is. Not bad, man." Alex pressed his comm-link again. "Everyone, it's Alex. Drake found us a lead at TWTNW, could lead us to whatever's behind the Heartless attacks. We're heading out tomorrow morning, so get a good night's rest." Alex fell back onto his bed. He swore 5 years ago that he'd do whatever it takes to rebuild what the Keyblade wielders once stood for, and he would stick it out until the end, but honestly, he wanted nothing more than to just go back to Twilight Town, hang out with Marina and the others, and lead a normal life for once.

Rose ran around. She looked at the rest. "Go and get the bombs on the hardest to reach. I'll go by the main one and get it ready."Rose says. She then hidded the bomb and started to walk around peacefully and tranquil as if a normal pedestrian. She looked around. Some goverment soldiers passed by her and walked away. Not knowing they had just passed by a dangerous keyblade wielder working for the KWU. Rose smirked as she walked into teh shadows and started to get the bombs setted up.

 

~Meanwhile~

Marina looked around as she walked up a hill and could see the entire main city of the empire of the Land of the Dragons. Including the castle. "Lets see."Marina says. She closed her eyes and clapped her hands together. Then everything went black for her. Then blue. She scanned the area around...and then found what she was looking for. Keyblade wielders...they were undercover riding,hidden in a cart,as they were heading to the castle. "Trouble. Let's get going."Marina says smirking as she summoned her keyblade and ran off.

"Not so fast" said Ko to Marina.

Just before could Ko continue on thinking about his life at that moment do we go back in time to see him agonizing in pain over the fact that his wing seemed burned but what was more painful for him was that his wing was regenarating so quickly he didn't have much time to calm down between that and this as we saw Ko's flashback in his eye which seems to continue but at this point is left blank as we end the flashback in his eye as Ko stops Marina from continuing onwards.

Marina looked up. "Well well what do we have here?"Marina asks. She looks at the boy. "You guys go and check the place out,eliminate all KWUs. I'll catch up with ya'll after I'm finished here."Marina says. The soildiers summoned their blades and ran pas by her nd the boy. Marina stared at him with bored eyes. She stretched a bit. "What do you wish young man?"Marina asks as she had her keyblade b her side.

 

~Meanwhile~

 

Rose satted down on the floor. "Ready...go."Rose says as she pressed a button and the bombs went off all over Traverse Town,buildings went down,and the bases collapsed.

"What i wish.....Heh, Funny thing...I WISH FOR YOU DEATH!" Said Ko as he lunged at Marina with his weapon.

Rose laughed as the buildings collapsed. "The KWU will rise!"Rose says smiling. She jumped up and odwn and then jumped down the sewers towards the base. Rose walked around following the others. "We need to plan another attack."One of them says. Rose looks down. "(This is small. I need to belong of something bigger. Much bigger. Something that will get people to realize that the KWU are the real heros.)"Rose thinks.

"I missed you." she said hugging as hard as a five year old could, he smiled.

"Me too." he said. he then set her down and knelt.

"How was your day?" he asked, she smiled.

"Jenna made me mac and cheese, then we played, and then Ms Barret came and helped me clean up my room." she said, excited, Quentin smiled.

"Emily did? that's great." he said, he walked into the kitchen and opened the fridge.

"Well, today I fixed the internal thrusters on a WPA vessel, met som e intresting people, good time." he said, he pulled out a jug of milk. Alessa nodded, she sat at the table, Quentin handed her a cookie, then looked to her.

"Tomorrow I'm gonna visit mom, you wanna come along?" he asked, the girl smiled, nodding.

'good, she wants to come along, atleast I won't have to pay for a sitter then.' he thought in his mind.

The next day, Alex's group travelled to The World That Never Was, believing that whatever was behind the increasing Heartless attacks might be there. They travelled through the streets, cutting through Heartless, and eventually arrived at Memory Skyscraper. Alex strolled ahead of his group, hands in his pocket. "Alright, if anyone wants to come out now and make this easier, now's the perfect time! Might get to end this RP early!"

 

Suddenly, Alex heard a gasp behind him. He turned to see a member of his team with a hole in their stomach. Alex ran towards him, but he faded away before Alex could heal him. From somewhere above them, a beam of darkness shot down and killed another member of Alex's team. This was followed by a Keyblade shooting down and stabbing a female member through the chest, making her fade away as well. Alex watched as his team was getting slowly killed, unable to do anything. Alex had a brief flash of his mom's death in his head, and he quickly shook it off and drew his Keyblade, resting it on his shoulder. "There's nothing we can do for them! Stay alert, look for signs of who's behind this, and see if you can find out where the attacks are coming from!"

After the dilemia Irvine had. He returned to the world map.

"So what do I need to do.." Irvine asked

"You're first mission is a solo mission. I want you to go and back up our troops in Land of the Dragons" The commander said

"Oh...Alright then."

They flew and flew, later reaching the destination.

"Lay low alright Comrade?" His commander asked

"Uh sure. Com..rade.."Irvine left and found the main Dragon Village

"I shouldn't draw attention to myself...just help...explore I guess.."

The others looked at Irvine, The fellow KWU soilders

"psst, it's a rookie." One said

"I know right? Why would he be sent over here? He should be doing paper work."

Irvine stopped in fear

Just ignore them.....

"Hey rookie!" One man said

"..what?" Irvine turned around

"...Welcome to the Team." He said

Irvine shook his hand and continued to spy around.

"What to do..What to do..I'll go up the mountain to see what i can do....

 

After reaching the mountain, He can see the village and the Chinese army outpost.

What a great View!

"Oh..This is what winter looks like..."

He knelt down and picked up the snow. Feeling it cold.

The two ait then Quentin tucked her into her bed.
"Goodnight." he said, the little girl nodded as he turned off the lights and slowly closed the door until only a little bit of light came out. He rbeathed.
'she reminds me of her mother.' he thought to himself. he slowly walked out.
"Mr. Victor... Leslie is getting a negative side-effect from regaining her magic."
"What do you mean?
"She's in a coma."
Quentin slowly sighed, it's been five years... if he didn't have Alessa he didn't know what he would do...
