The dubbed versions of Square Enix games from the early PS2 era have bad dubbing. Final Fantasy X is a lot worse.

Well, I've known them to have stiff lips, but this is off. It'll show Kairi laugh and begin her sentence, and then we'll hear her laugh. Does that make sense? Have they always been that off?

If you think that's bad. Just watch some cutscenes from Final Fantasy X.

The dubbing isn't as bad as this video. Something was off when they recorded it.

 

Also, notice the glitch in kairi's voice when she says "suppose you get to another world." That always happens to me too. I think the voice file itself is broken.
