The theme of Dream Drop Distance is bold action. We can easily see what Nomura is saying by watching even 2 seconds of gameplay for this game. Sora is bouncing off walls, spinning on telephone poles, a divebombing from the heavens. I even heard that Riku can fly (because of the absense of an encounter with Peter Pan, I am curious where he got this ability.). All of this is done while cloaked in an aura of light that would make even Tyriel jealous. This at first glance seems similar to the combat forms in BBS, a welcome addition. But none of the trailers seem to show just some good old fasioned Sora beatdown. Will our hero be lost to this new "bold action"? What about the puzzle aspect of the game where you can see a treasure chest but wont be able to get to it until you have High Jump and glide and a lot of luck? It seems that out goofy little friend can leap tall buildings in a single bound. Is Sora going to give way to Strobelight Superman?
