Does anyone think that Dream Drop Distance will be as good as it looks

Posted

I think that it will be good throughout the whole game but im not sure I hope the story will be as interesting as the gameplay looks good

I'd say the game will be one of the best 3DS games to buy along with Super Mario 3D Land, mario kart 7, and Resident Evil: Revelations. Dream Drop Distance seems to hold up to its expectations and looks like it'll make full use of the 3DS. Especially with the 3D affect judging from these Dream Eater AR cards that was shown in the new recent trailer. A shame that not too many other company are taking advantage of what the 3DS is truly capable of. Seems that only Capcom, Nintendo, and Square-Enix are the only ones taking the system seriously and using the system to the max.

I think that 3DDD has alot of potential. In terms of both gameplay and plot. I think it can be worth whatever how much the 3DS costs right now.

I don't think it looks all that good except from the gameplay.

I have feeling it will be good like most of the other games, I just don't feel it yet.

Well it's still in the early development stage so the story from the trailer probably doesn't make much sense now. But Nourma said that the story is supposed to be surprising so the story should be something to really look forward to. The gameplay looks nice but it seems like the camera will not be able to catch up and the game might suffer because of it.

I think it will.

Given the time put into it, it should be a good game.

So far, my biggest worry is the camera, but that is pretty much a problem in all KH Games (Except II and Re:CoM).

Buy that accesory (D-pad?) and the camera will not be a problem, but I never had a problems with any cameras from the games.

Real reply:

Dream Drop Distance will have the most complex plot and the most badass gameplay. Plus it is Kingdom Hearts. No need to say further more.

most complex isn't always a good thing .. that's what i'm really worried about, but they've been doing really good as far as the storyline goes so I doubt it'll be to much for us to handle

the plot is so complex that the age its rated for would not understand it.

I think it will be good

I sure hope so he trailers seem to indicate the story will be epic

I think so.

From what we've seen, it seems to be an awesome game.

And I sure hope it is.

KH will never disappoint me! :)

I think Dream Drop Distance is going to be a bomb. You will open it up and it will explode in your face whiping out entire city blocks and causeing the entire world to tremble at the feet of their new master SquareEnix.

Either that or it will be a very good 3DS game. One or the other.
