Recently people are starting to slander others because they have less likes, or people are boasting that they have X amount of likes or got X amount of likes in X amount of time. Other variations of this are seen in post counts, and how long people have been around. Apparently new members are inferior, being below 500 post makes you the scum of the earth, and if you don't get at least 1 like for every 5 post then you need to be shot.

 

This is what is called, stroking your e-peen.

Basically some people here are bragging about stupid shit to make themselves feel better because the internet is the only place people probably wouldn't put themselves down. As a result they think of stupid and irrelevant things that nobody except them gives a damn about and take them 100% seriously, whilst bragging about it.

 

In other words, bragging or slandering others about stupid internet statistics that have absolutely no indication of who you are and what you stand for makes you a STINKY POO POO HEAD!

But what about celebrating post/ like/ time mile-stones (ex: yay! I just got 1000 post!)? That's perfectly fine! Kudos to you for making it that far! However when you start bragging about it (ex: today is a glorious day and you must make a movie to commemorate my 1000th post) that's where the line gets crossed.

I don't brag about anything on the site. At least, I don't think I have. (If I have, I apologize. I didn't want to cause an inconvenience or upset anybody.) I could care less if my post count was 100 or more. So that's that.
