"Whoaaa! Ackira Slow Down." Nix said in a calm and soothing town. Ackira said and leaned against the transformer.

"It wont be the end of the world if you dont find Cole." Nix said. Ackira scoffed.

"'Course it will Nix! If we dont sign with him, this thing could kill us all!" ackira said as she exhaled and took her breath.

"I know that. Let me just contact Cole." Nix said as she started to call Cole. Cole picked up, Ackira couldnt hear what he was saying, but she knew what Nix was doing, she was finding his location. They hung up and Nix disapeared.

"Hurry up slow poke!" Nix said. Ackira sighed and followed the markings of fire Nix was leaving behind.

'i Really do hope we find Cole. If not, ill feel of no help to this damn world.' She thought as she followed Nix's tracks.

Nathan wondered around. He had been given lead to find the man named Cole, but it didn't look like this lead would pan out.

"Yet another dead end." He muttered to himself.

Nathan decided that he needed to get higher. He formed a set of spider legs and climbed up the side of an old building. On top of the building, he dismissed his creation and looked out around him. He wasn't really looking for someone, he had kind of given up on that. He was main looking for something to sketch. That usually calmed him down.

Snow looked down at the picture he escaped the facility with. A picture with a man on it and it had the word "Cole" on the backside with scratchy writing. He looked up and saw a boy looking down at him. "Is that...Cole?" he asked himself. He jumped and formed an ice ramp to slide on with his shoes, and flew up to the top and landed on the corner of the old building. "Hey! You Cole?" he called, and awaited an answer.

Nathan whirled around and stared at Snow. He resisted the urge to form a sword.

"I'm not Cole." Nathan answered. "I'm looking for him."

He looked Snow up and down.

"I'm Nathan. And you are?"

"Snow. I have no last name." Snow said, holding his hand out for him to shake it. After they shook hands, Snow asked, "Where do you think Cole is? I guess I'm looking for him too." Snow held out his picture for Nathan to look at it. Then, after a few seconds, he turned it over so he could see the name. "I'm trying to figure out who wrote the name and gave me the picture. The person might have clues."

Nathan studied the picture.

"Odd thing to get." he commented. "Anyway, I got no idea where this Cole is. I've been trying to find him for a while now. Just busted a lead when you showed up."

Nathan looked around.

"This guy needs to have better signs made. You have any leads on Cole, Snow?"

"What I last heard is that he was captured by the Reapers, but I don't see that happening." said Snow, thinking it through. "But, I don't know. Things happen. So I can't say I know for sure."

Ackira stopped once the trail stopped.

"He should be here around somewhere." Nix said as she started messing with her talking device. Ackira sighed and leaned against the wall. She then heard a ton of malitia yelling and heard very large footsteps. Ackira looked at Nix, she nodded and Ackira ran off. After months of training with Nix, she had conquered instant transportation.

'There aint enough conduits out there, ill be dammed if i see more, that actually come out succesful.' Ackira thought as she got to the scene. She saw a devourer killing innocent humans and sending eggs all over the place. Ackira started up her powers, her hands started to glow black. She then looked at the people running. "Yeah, run like the cowards they are." Ackira said under her breath as she turned towards the devourer.

Nathan grimced. The Reapers weren't exactly good news.

"Well, either which way, I'd like to find him." He said.

Nathan stepped toward the edge of the building and looked out. From what he heard of Cole, he doubted that The Reapers still had Cole, if that ever had him at all.

"Well, let's leave the Reapers alone for now. There are still some areas to search."

He turned back around to face Snow.

"You up for that?"

Kasumi was walking around casually and sighed. I wonder what others are thinking, she thought and her eyes glowed purple as she focused on searching into others' minds. Some people were pissed off as hell and others seem to be ether daydreaming or completely blank. Kasumi groaned and her eyes stopped glowing. "Even other people are now even as intersting now days" Kasumi heard screaming and stopped walking and turned to seepeople running away from a thing known as a devourer and a girl with her hands glowing black. " Wha....?" she mummbled but didn't have time to just stand ther for the fact people was getting eaten by the devourer. "Finally, something intersting" she smirked. Her eyes started glowing again and she ran towards the devourer.

Ackira stood there. She looked for Nix and saw she hadnt tagged along.

"Waiting for Cole i bet." Ackira said under her breath. She sighed and saw the devourer open its mouth. It shot acids at her which burned her skin.

"Shit! That stuff burns!" She said as she yelled. She then started shooting balls if darkness at the devourer.

Kasumi saw something come from the devourer's mouth and semmed to burn the girl. Looks like i need to be more cautious and keep my distance, she thought and stared hard at the monster, her eyes turning redish purple. in a matter of seconds, the entire monster caught on fire. Kasumi tried not to blink so the flames wouldn't start to dim down a bit.

Meanwhile was Saiga seen resting on a park bench while saying to himself after seeing people looking at him like he was some kind of wierdo in his mind "Hey i like to rest on park benches sometimes is that a crime" As Saiga used to be a homeless person for a while until he rised up within the world and gained a home for himself but still gets a sense of familiarity from sleeping on a park bench that he used to like and that he still likes.

"Of course. Anything to find some answers." said Snow, balling his fist and punching it into his open hand. His rubber gloves stifled the feeling, so he continued to do it. "Let's just hope we don't encounter any Reapers on the way." Snow said with a grin.

Saiga decided to get off the park while saying to himself after making that comment he made in his mind "Oh well, might as well head out and see what else i can do for the day, night, WHATEVER!" As Saiga got irraited at the moment at trying to correct what he was saying.

Ackira saw the monster burn down to peices. She gasped and slipped her hood on.

"Who did that?!" She yelled.

'For Sure, it had to have been a conduit.' She thought as she looked around for someone to show up. Insted she saw Nix aopear she sighed.

"Ackira! Lets go coles waiting!"

Kasumi's eyes stopped glowing and looked at the girl pulling a hood over her head. "Hmm, she must be shy." she mummbled. Kasumi wanted to walk up to her but she didn't know what she was capable of and hoow she would react but she approachhed her anyways. "Umm, hi." Kasumi said camly. "I'm Kasumi."

ackira turned to the girl. She sighed.

"Hey, im Ackira And this is Nix, we dont have much time, so can you come with us?" Ackira asked. She was ancois to get to Cole, she'd finally accomplish what she was looking for. She sighed, Nix went on without them and Ackira offered a hand to Kasumi.

Kasumi took her hand and smile. I guesed she's more friendly than i thought, she thought and watch the other person, Nix, walk away from her and Ackira. Kasumi started to walk after them as Ackira went to follow Nix. "Soo, Ackira, what going on around here??" she asked very curious. I would hear her thought,, she thought, but that doesn't seem like a good thing to do after you've meet someone.

"Well, as you can see, me and Nix are conduits, were searchimg for one specific conduit, his name is Cole. Were going to help him defeat a beast." Ackira said as she sighed. Nix then stopped so did Ackira. They heard loud footsteps and the ground shake. A man then appeared.

"Bout time Cole." Nix said with her hands placed on her hips.

Kasumi tried to follow to what Ackira was explaining to her. Conduits huh, she thought and she stopped in her tracks. Her heart nearly stopped as she heard giant foot steps and the ground shook hard. "Wha??" she mummbled and glanceed at Ackira and Nix. How are they not in shock, she thought as she saw a man come into sight. She calmed down and stared at thhe guy

Cole smirked. He looked at the other two girls.

"Who are they?" Cole asked destinctevly. Nix took a deep breath.

"My apprentice and another conduit we found. They are yours now Cole." Nix explained.

"You guys must stay with Cole. He will take care of you and train you." Nix said. Ackira nodded and looked at Kasumi.

"Is this alright with you?" Ackira asked sweetly

"Um, sure" Kasumi said. She took another good look at the guy named Cole and then at Nix. Hmm, she thought, looks like they know this guy,Cole, she thought, but i'll stick with thm since i've got nowhere else to go or to do. Kasumi gave her best genuine smile. "I'm ready when you are" she said to Ackira

Nathan nodded in agreement.

"Alright then." he said. "We had best get more information than. I'm going to get higher to see if I can see anybody."

Nathan focused his power to create a complex looking jetpack. The jetpack looked like it was made of frosted glass that shimmered slightly. Nathan's eyes glowed as he used his power.

"If you see something, tell me."

With that, he shot up into the sky to hover some 20 feet above the roof.

Ackira nodded then turned to Cole.

"Lets take you two to Zeke. He can watch you guys while i get things done. Follow me." He said as he got on a power line and slid across.

"Hurry Kasumi, lets move!" Ackira yelled as she used the darkness to hover over the ground and keep up with Cole. They followed him all the way to an abandoned building.

"go inside and look for a man. He'll tell you his name is Zeke. Hes gonna keep you safe." He said ti Kasumi and Ackira.

Man, she thought, these guys are fast and she started to basically glide on her feet with a purple glow under them. She finally caught up to Ackira in a matter of minutes. I wonder who this 'Zeke' person is, she thought as she heard Cole give her and Ackira directions. Her and Ackira went inside.
