"Whoaaa! Ackira Slow Down." Nix said in a calm and soothing town. Ackira said and leaned against the transformer.

"It wont be the end of the world if you dont find Cole." Nix said. Ackira scoffed.

"'Course it will Nix! If we dont sign with him, this thing could kill us all!" ackira said as she exhaled and took her breath.

"I know that. Let me just contact Cole." Nix said as she started to call Cole. Cole picked up, Ackira couldnt hear what he was saying, but she knew what Nix was doing, she was finding his location. They hung up and Nix disapeared.

"Hurry up slow poke!" Nix said. Ackira sighed and followed the markings of fire Nix was leaving behind.

'i Really do hope we find Cole. If not, ill feel of no help to this damn world.' She thought as she followed Nix's tracks.

Allen was walking around. not a day went by that he wouldn't think about her but each day her memory and his thoughts of her would get less and less meaning he'd soon forget about her.

 

Allen didn't have much to do so he shot himself up ontop of a building and saw Cole and two girls walking behind him. So Allen decided to follow so he hovered over them using tiny harmless shock waves to keep him up in the air.

Kevin was just minding his own business when he saw a couple of people talking to each other, he walked up to them and asked "how are you guys, and what are your names"? He waited for a response

While Kasumi was walking she felt another presence nearby. She could feel thought that weren't coming from Ackira or Cole. I'm guessing that we are being followed, she thought, but i hear no footsteps besides mines, Ackira's and Cole's. Kasumi sighed and rubbed her temples. I'm hearing thought that are close by yet they are not on the ground. Wait, am i hearing thought from a bird or something, she said to herself. She stopped walking and heard breathing from above that was very faint. Yup, she thought, that's a human alright. She continued walking, not bothering to look up. Her eyes made a faint glow and a swarn of crows flew towards the person in the air.

Nathan looked dropped altitude when he saw the birds head towards him. He shifted his construct from a jetpack to a giant eagle, with Nathan in the center. He flapped the construct's wings, keeping him aloft and blowing some of the birds off course. As this was not a common occurrence, Nathan lanced around for who or what was controlling the birds.

Kasumi made the crows dissapear, knowing that she wasn't going to hear anyone crash to thhe ground anytime soon. Dammit, she thought, and i thought that would work too. Oh well, she thought, it's time to go mental and i'll probably scare the shit out of them. The faint glow came back to her eyes as she started making mind contact with the person. ok, i know that you're up there, she thought to the person, who are you and why are you following me??

Ackira found Zeke in the room expirimenting with a glowing too. He held up a weapon once he saw Ackira. Ackira held both her arms up.

"Calm down. Cole sent me. Im a conduit." She said as she looked back and saw Kasumi didnt follow.

"Oh really show me?" Zeke asked. Ackira nodded.

"Outside."

Allen saw another guy floating in the air like him but got distracted when birds swarmed around. Then soon they disappeared and Allen heard a voice in his head. Allen then thought back towards "I'm Allen I'm a conduit, I'm trying to find other conduits so I'm not alone with normi's who hate me" Allen thought back to her as he dropped himself down behind her.

 

"So you know my name, can I know yours?" Allen asked

Damn, she thought, how did he know it was coming from me? The faint glow from her eyes dissapeared and she turned to look at the guy. "i'm Kasumi" she said and noticed that Ackira and Cole was gone. "Yeah most girls don't like being stalked by the way" she said. "So, what made you think that i was talking to you while you were up there?" she said pointin a finger up to the sky

"Its nice to meet you Kasumi. I wasn't stalking you per say I was checking on you seeing a lone conduit is never a good thing. And well I knew you were talking to me because I heard it inside my head. You aren't the only conduit I've met who has that ability but you are the only one I know thats still alive." Allen said. "So what powers do you have?"Allen asked hoping to know more about her to know how strong she is

Ackira and Zeke headed outside to see Kasumi talking to a strange man.

"Conduits." Ackira said. Zeke nodded.

"You can tell?" zeke asked. Ackira nodded and sighed.

"Now show me." zeke said. Ackira nodded and started to glow with a dark aura.

"Darkness! Perfect! Exactly what i need!" zeke exclaimed. Ackira returned to normal and turned to Kasumi.

"Kasumi lets head outside. Malitia's everywhere." Ackira said.

Kasumi smirked. "welll, besides the whole mind control thing, you can describe my powers as 'illusions that you can't break out of'".she said. "If you don't understand what i mean.." she said and her eyes glowed a bit "here's a sneak peak" and fire was surrounding them, and lurking closer to Allen. Kasumi just sat there, as if nothing was happening at the moment, waiting if she should make everything dissapear before he get scared to death. Kasumi looked back to see Ackira coming towards her and she made the fire dissapear, and her eyes stopped glowing

Nathan watched as Allen and Kasumi talked. Another two conduits? Odd. He momentarily debated whether to join these two new comers, but decided he had enough to worry about the ones he already met. Best to keep an eye on the others...that's when two more came up.

"Four conduits in the same place." Nathan said to himself. "If they don't have an idea where Cole is, I'm not sure who would."

He glanced over at Snow and the guy who had walked up before the crows appeared.

"I'm checking out a lead. Follow me when you get the chance."

With that, Nathan dove with his eagle construct toward the other conduits. Dismissing the eagle, Nathan landed on his feet a yard or two away from the others.

"Hello. I'm Nathan. Anybody here know about Cole?"

Kasumi looked to see a guy a few yards away. So many people poping out of nowhere these days, she thought and sighed and gave her genuine smile to the guy, Nathan. "Well, from the looks of it, all of us do." she said and took a quick glance at Ackira and Allen. She took a second look at Nathan. Ooh, she thought, that's the guy that i send those crows out to. Oops. Well, at leat he didn't know it was me

He waited for the exact response of a lonely individual that had powers just like him... Even though he did not say anything he knew they could be friends some day. The other just stood there without saying a word and looked at him, but did nothing.

Nathan smiled slightly.

"Good." he said.

Nathan waved a hand and created a stool out of the energy he controlled. sitting on it, he looked at the crowed.

"I don't suppose any of you know where he is? I've been trying to find him for awhile."

"Excuse me if I interrupt but who are you guys talking about, I wish to help if help is needed my fellow citizen", said Kevin gently trying to make some friends.

Nathan looked over at Kevin.

"I'm talking about a guy who is organizing conduits like us to help people." he said. "His name is Cole. I'm Nathan, by the way. Who might you be?"

Allen was feeling crazy he could see energy radiating off of everybody so he knew they were conduits. Allen looked at them and tried to figure out why all these people were showing up and what was going to happen. Allen waited for whatever was going to happen. (can't think about anything else to put)

Ackira looked at the people.

"Kasumi get inside. didnt anyone teach you not to talk to strangers. These may ne conduits. But we dont know for sure. And to your questions. Cole is long gone. Now Kasumi, lets get inside before the malitia come." Ackira explained. Zeke nodded and ran inside. Ackira followed.

"All of you better get moving, if you dont wanna get shot down." Ackira said as she looked back at Kasumi.

'To many conduits in one are. Aint good. I can feel the waves of the malitia coming. It aint pretty. Hope they listen.' She thought as she walked up the stairs.

Kasumi looked at the others then started to followed after Ackira. She gave a wave back to the others and then started climbing the stairs, trying to catch up to Ackira and Zeke. Kasumi could feel Ackira's thoughts but didn't bother to listen to them since she kinda knew what she was thinking. She kept climbing up the stairs, wondering what is there to come later on

John appeared outside the town hall. There seemed to be some sort of clamor. "Find John. Stop him from stealing our food! Send the militia!" John hid behind the bench. The mayor called out. "We are doing everything in our power to stop this criminal, but he is too hard to track. We have agents on him now." John gulped. What agents? Did they know he was here?

Nathan raised his eyebrows as Ackira went Kasumi inside. He looked at the others still with him.

"Let's follow there example and duck in cover." He said.

He pointed up where he and Snow had been.

"We can start there and wait for the malitia to pass by."

Nathan pulled his stool out from under himself. he swung it back, turning it into a long grapple line. He threw the grapple line at the roof top and reeled himself up.
