i've been wondering this ever since it was made, but it always says i don't have the permission to post on any threads in it?

Because it is "The Best of KH13". You don't post threads in there. Anything that DC/Aaron likes that is some what popular (meaning everyone likes it or a lot of people post on it), they will put threads into there. And since when does the mods and Xion and Kushi put threads in that? They can't. Like I said above, if DC or Aaron likes it and it is a popular thread, they put it there. Let's say the Death Note thread, for example, is a popular thread and DC and/or Aaron likes it. They will put it there.

It really depends by the Administrator, if they think you're a really good member and you don't post stupidity and spam every single thread. I'm not really sure how I got mine, lol. I actually thought of myself as an annoying spammer and not a very good member but I guess that's not what Daniel thought.

Hey.. I'm pretty sure us moderators CAN put threads/tell DC or Aaron which threads we would like to be in there you know, none of us just have, lmao. But still, threads can only be moved into there, not created.

 

and you need CUTS to be able to post in there like jenny and cella said above. Moderators can post in there all they want. Acquiring a cut.... mehhh. Kinda what jenny said.

Eh, I guess, but I wouldn't care for putting threads in the "Best of KH13" forum. But I still want a CUT. Because I want it to say Why So Serious? Only because it is awesome

Why would we have a "Best of" forum, and then allow anyone to post in it? Threads are moved there once they're memorable, you can't just create threads in it...
